GoogleIf I could I’d give 0 stars I would, they treated me so bad. They charged 400 for cleaning after a month of living there, house had be cleaned, 300 damaged theyre were absolutely no damages and they still charged me. Ive been contacting them no stop but only when i left a review then the contacted. Absolutely terrible and unacceptable behaviour shame on u

GoogleThey could not be less professional, and insist on tying their hands behind their backs using the useless GoodLord web site for references. Most renters require 30 times the monthly rent. If you're shopping for a house at 3,000 pm, you'll need 90,000GBP. Anyone with that capital would have it investing in the stock market. That's not acceptable for GoodLord. You'll have to sell all your shares and convert them to cash. Absolutely ridiculous. So you're living in your new house losing earnings every day? I don't think so.

GoogleI usually don't write reviews unless the service has been brilliant, but in this instance the service was so bad I'm going to write a review and hopefully they will feel the need to improve their service. There's not much I expect from an estate agent; besides showing me the property, telling me all the details regarding the property in the contract and then handing me the keys once we're agreed......pretty simple really! I don't want to spend my time writing an essay so I will just list the things they did wrong: Sent the wrong letting agreement out 'twice', one without a 6 month break clause which we asked for. The second time with the wrong amount per month. The agent never replied to emails, we emailed him 3 times and he didn't get back to us, once with the same question hoping he would reply. They then send the same emails out again and again and again with questions you've already answered. Each time we called it was someone else relaying a message. We had to chase them to get the keys, then they gave us the wrong keys so we had to go to the estate agents and get the right ones. They sent us the wrong inventory list which had a charge for another client. Then they have their 'Landlord' app which is just a sales promotion app recommending all the utility services they are in bed with which send you sales emails everyday. The most unprofessional, unorganised and big shambles of a company I've ever gone with.

GoogleAfter having experience with other agencies it has been a few years now that we have been tenants with Prospect and I can say that I am really comfortable! Our property manager is Virginia Ayres, a really nice person and above all very professional. We have established a trusting client agency relationship which in my opinion is very important and not always easy to find. Whenever we need something she is always available and ready to help us and quick to solve problems. We are really lucky to have found such a lovely person and agency. Thanks to all Prospect Team. GoogleIn my experience, Prospect is the best lettings/estate agency in the Maidenhead area. I personally worked with Harrison, who was excellent. Very responsive, proactive, and helpful. Tried to work with other agencies in the area which was very disappointing and truly made Prospect shine.

I was very impressed with my initial greeting from Beth she was both professional and helpful in her manner. She worked extensively and tirelessly hard when I was looking to sell my property and buy with Prospect. Unfortunately due to health issues my needs and wants changed frequently but Beth always met my demands and went the extra mile. Not only this, her voice on the telephone never failed to make me smile and feel warm inside. Just a genuine, professional person and very much an excellent advocate for her company. I hope she is valued professionally at work, in the same high regard as I hold her. We saw so many properties at all different times of the day and Beth never failed to impress us or come up with a new solution.

As a landlord I find Prospect easy to deal with and they (especially Agnese Rees) are good at keeping me up to date. The annual summary is useful for working out your tax, although some of the monthly statements can be a little confusing where there are one off maintenance payments.

I had planned to buy a flat from this agents , from the very beginning this purchase was difficult. Firstly we had the 4 week delay in getting the id verification through and had to pay £82 (none of the other agents charge that !) From then on it seemed I was chasing the office all the time with nobody coming back to me. The amount of phone calls I made and emails , to the manager Jordon and natasha , most of which went unanswered, which I found highly unprofessional and unworkable.Prospect gave such a poor service in my opinion leaving me with no option other than to pull out of the purchase.I would not recommend these to anyone thinking of buying , renting or leasing , find your self a reliable agent .
