GoogleI was looking for a house to rent in Maidenhead before moving there from India. I got in touch with Prospects and they were absolutely amazing in every aspect. They helped me view the flat via FaceTime as I wasn't able to make it in person. The team is extremely responsive and makes a real effort in helping out in whatever way possible. Harrison provided an excellent service and we had a strong offer for our house within a few weeks of putting it on the market. He was great at returning our calls and giving us updates every step of the way. After we accepted the offer, Gareth took over and ensured a smooth sale. GoogleI viewed a rental property with Matthew Shimmin and from the first point of contact by phone Matthew gave me a lot of time, answered my many questions with patience! and he was very helpful. After viewing the property I decided to proceed with the application and Matthew was so efficient in getting everything done, the whole process just flowed smoothly and I am now happily renting this flat! He was always available to help if I needed anything and he gave me some great tips about the area too which is a bonus! I have dealt with Prospects Lettings in Bracknell for a number of years now and have no hesitation in recommending them.Their Lettings Manager (Harry Pangborn) is brilliant and one of the main reasons I use Prospects now instead of other companies. On the property management side, my property has been looked after by a lady called Beckie Baxter. She is just as good as Harry, and always responds to my queries quickly.I've been stung before by an estate agent, so glad I found a company that puts the customer at the top of the list.Beckie Baxter and Harry Pangborn are both a credit to Prospects.

Probably one of the most frustrating estate agencies i had to deal with ,we had a terrible experience with prospect. I had been dealing with Kenny Wackrill purely focused on commission rather than a value adding service. Communication was very poor whilst waiting on an update on an offer placed on a property had to keep chasing him whilst he was booking further viewings, did not feel like valued prospective buyers at all. Very unprofessional and Poor service Completely wasted my time and put me off speaking to any agencies.

GoogleWe entrusted the marketing of a deceased relatives house to Prospect as we lived 200 miles away and were not disappointed with their performance. The whole team at the Maidenhead office were very informative and a pleasure to deal with. Once a buyer was found we dealt with Bernadette Martin the Transaction support agent who continued the great service keeping us informed by email or friendly phone calls. GoogleMe and my family had an amazing experience renting with Prospect Agents, that iniatially were Wilkinson's Estate Agency. I can say that we had the best proprety manager ever, Sue Gotts always so kind, available, professional, very " hands on", always checking on us, and when we had issues she was so proactive and effective. The rest of the staff also very friendly and helpful, but we couldn't leave a review without enphazise how Sue was so important during the 2 years we rent the proprety. For the new tenants you will not regret your choice.

GoogleMy experience of using this company was really mixed. My estate agent changed part way through purchase, Bernadette ended up looking after my case and was knowledgeable and very responsive / proactive in communication. I was grateful to have her help with navigating the process. At times I would have benefitted from more information - things like getting a Buyers Survey was never flagged to me as something I should be doing, if anything I was deterred from completing one. As a result it happened really late in the process and it was helpful and would have been more beneficial had it been done earlier so I could have used the outcome to negotiate on costs. I took the keys after buying the property from one of the agents who met me outside, no one asked for my name, let alone checked my ID which seems like an oversite when giving out keys to a property.

This level of dedication and responsiveness truly made me feel valued as a tenant. When it came time to check out of the property, the property manager made the process effortless. They conducted a thorough inspection, and promptly returned the remaining deposit amount.
