My experience of using this company was really mixed. My estate agent changed part way through purchase, Bernadette ended up looking after my case and was knowledgeable and very responsive / proactive in communication. I was grateful to have her help with navigating the process. At times I would have benefitted from more information - things like getting a Buyers Survey was never flagged to me as something I should be doing, if anything I was deterred from completing one. As a result it happened really late in the process and it was helpful and would have been more beneficial had it been done earlier so I could have used the outcome to negotiate on costs. I took the keys after buying the property from one of the agents who met me outside, no one asked for my name, let alone checked my ID which seems like an oversite when giving out keys to a property.

Throughout my tenancy, the property manager was always available to address any queries or concerns promptly. They were proactive in resolving maintenance issues, coordinating repairs swiftly, and ensuring that the property remained in excellent condition. This level of dedication and responsiveness truly made me feel valued as a tenant. When it came time to check out of the property, the property manager made the process effortless. They conducted a thorough inspection, and promptly returned the remaining deposit amount. As first time buyers, we have had a lot of mixed experiences looking for properties, where other agents either didn't have much information about the house, were quite rude or didn't take us seriously. However, our experience from beginning with Prospect was very positive. Max, from Prospect was our viewing agent and from the get-go, he was full of energy, positive, informative and empathic. It was quite honestly the best viewing experience we have gone through and his enthusiam and insight, really helped us in our decision-making process. We ended up going through a bidding process and the likes of Max and the rest of the team were supportive and provided good insight to how the bidding process worked. To our amazement we were able to secure the property and we can't be happier with the overall experience. Thank you to Max and the whole team!

I have just sold a Maidenhead flat using Prospect as agent. Not knowing much about them, they were not initially on my list but, from the start, the people I dealt with [eg Connor] impressed me and, in my view, warrant top ratings. The process ran like clockwork, much faster and smoother than expected, involving staff beyond just the Maidenhead office. Everyone was helpful, professional, supportive and friendly. Positive first impression!

After less than a week in contact I have found the customer service at Prospect’s Aldershot office extremely helpful and far superior to what I’ve experienced with 3 months with another local agent (really hope it continues!) I haven’t been dreading picking up the phone and instead have felt listened to and positive about our house hunt which is a pretty specific brief!Dexter at Aldershot has been so helpful from the start - firstly in getting us the viewings and information that we need but also saving the day when we were stuck in heavy traffic on the way to our viewing and the original agent was going to have to leave and cancel our viewing due to timing restrictions - instead Dexter came out from the office and took over and let us have a proper look around the property and didn’t rush us even though it was a Saturday afternoon - this was so appreciated and I doubt many other offices would have done that for us.We’re only at the beginning of our buying and selling journey but I am definitely feeling more positive than a week ago! Thanks again!

If I could I’d give 0 stars I would, they treated my friend so bad. They charged I’m 400 for cleaning after a month of living there, house had be cleaned, 300 damaged (there no damages ) still charged him. He’s been contacting them no stop but only when he left a review then the contacted. He left the house cause a family member as ill and he had to go back to his country. Was told it was fine but the agency and there will be no charger. Unacceptable service

Prospect have been managing my investment property on my behalf for the past 10 years. In that time I have had several tenants . Prospect have always managed the process of getting a new one and I can say, without exception, that all the tenants have paid their rent on time and left the property in the condition in which they found it. Avoid at all costs

The initial service was good. Decent pictures were taken of the house and it went on the market quickly. We were pressured into taking the first offer we had which was £50,000 less than asking price. The agents knew we wanted a quick divorce and fully took advantage of this fact. Once we (begrudgingly) accepted the offer we did not hear from the agents again. I left countless messages which went unanswered. They were slow in providing any response to the other solicitors in the change and I ended up managing the communications myself. Even on completion day, they were nowhere to be seen and I ended up handing the keys over myself to our buyer. Absolutely shocking service. Try Bridges instead.
