GoogleStay away! Still not received any contract details! Portal only shows Tennant’s contract and not ours with the agent! Just a mess of a company. They try very hard to mis-inform you. They leave out vital detail when talking on the phone in the hope you do not question them. We have been renting a property with haart as the agent. Hart insist that they do the rent collection and charge a percentage for the trouble. The Tennant has paid hart for three months now and they haven’t paid us a penny in rent. Have had to make numerous calls to the branch and head office and the only explanation we have is that there is a small error in the account details. This is not a small error for us and as a result we have defaulted on the mortgage. If you want a professional service with full transparency you should look elsewhere. We never know where we stand with these idiots. Have been renting properties for years and have never had such an unprofessional service

GoogleUnfortunately, they are not providing any clarifications for Tenancy Deposit Refunds. Its been more then a month, the request has been placed and No responses yet. Irresponsible behavior at this point of time is so disgusting and disappointing. Despite of sending several reminders, no response from the teams yet. Haart is held accountable when operating in public domain. Have travelled across and dealt with many agencies. Sorry to say but, this is the first agency that has a very substandard service and unethical practices. Hope atleast they read the review now and respond.

GoogleI have been trying to get details of a house for rent. I have spoken to several members of this team and all seem quite difficult to deal with. This is a very simple request. I appreciate times are challenging at the moment but if you advertise a phone number on your website, it's not really fair to blame the caller when they 'come through to the wrong department'. I was given an alternative number, only to be chastised again for calling the wrong number. Perhaps provide the correct contact details to avoid confusion? Or at least apologise rather than treating the caller as if everything is a bit too much effort. Clearly this team have had no training on how to talk to potential clients or tenants (am a landlord myself and they make a terrible impression, I would never rent my property through them).

GoogleJust a team of clowns who are very responsive to sign the agreement but suddenly disappear when they have to carry their duty... They then suddenly remember your phone number when they are not able to find the payment you did 20 days before. Just avoid, OpenRent FTW

GoogleAfter one year being tenant and having to deal with this bunch of incompetent people, making my stay in UK much harder than what i hear is normal letting agency service. Then are hard to get in touch with, they always forget, they don't even know how much I'm supposed to pay the rent :D Please don't deal with them if you don't have to. In that case brace your patience with even trying to get in touch with anyone. Peace, I'm out....

GoogleI was dealing with saqib and Caroline from Maidenhead haart lettings who were helping me with the search of my new flat however I didn’t ends up going with haart at the end as I found something private but the customer service I received from them was outstanding as they would touch base with me if they had any new properies for me and would get me in to see them straight away. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family and definitely go to them first when I search for my new property. Thank you guys

Google**ONLY GIVING 1 STAR AS GOOGLE WONT LET ME LEAVE ZERO STARS** I am so angry and disappointed at the service i have received from Kawkab Khan and Melissa Casey at Haart Estate Agents in Maidenhead. After moving out of a property that we rented through Haart we did not hear a peep from them. Contract stated that if there were any issues with the property they had 28 working days in which to contact us through the Flatfair service and submit a claim. they did not do this, so we assumed that everything was fine. We are now out of this time frame and now they're trying to get money from us and as we have to go through the Flatfair service we have to pay £100 + VAT if we want to dispute the claims. Just another way to try and squeeze every penny out of tenants - so disappointing. Will not be recommending this agents to anyone - in fact I will be actively discouraging!
