I always tend to compliment people and never get around on actually writting a proper review. Well, let's just say that Antony Miles has deserved it. He has been dealing with our letting situation since November. He is a kind and attentive person, and what makes him different from other letting agents is that he actually cares!! And always makes sure that all parties are pleased and happy with the outcome. We have been having some issues with our rented property and even though it's not Antony's job he has gone way beyond the expected to help us. Not only he is funny but also extremely professional and honest. He has been... 5 stars and more... If Haart is getting this review from me, believe me when I say is all due to Antony's efforts... He never failed us, even when other departments did.. THANY YOU ANTONY!!!! If you are looking for a house, contact Haart and ask specifically for Antony. Not only he knows what he is doing but he cares... He cares about your concerns and tries his best to help you. Couldn't ask for better agent!!!

Disgraceful service, poor attitude and say they will call back and do not bother. My partner has Been treated very low by this company and all they do is make you go round in circles. What was meant to be a simple straight forward issue to be resolved has turned into a case study for the team in Maidenhead along with the management department team. Members include, Emily, Anthony, saqib, David and a few more. Initially she was very patient but soon realised she was being promised a call back from all these staff members but unfortunately it seemed they just could not pick up the phone. Communication between the staff members is next to nothing. Every call she made, she had to explain the issue from the beginning. Almost 2 weeks on and she has taken this to the customer relations complaints team and she will be willing to take it to the property ombudsman to get to the bottom of how she have been treated. I have told all my friends and family to avoid Haart.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

I have had amazing service from Ashan-Ul-Haq Ibrar, he sent information on the rental property quickly, sent us video footage of the property well after working hours, which has made things much less stressful as we live abroad and are trying to sort out rental accommodation for my son, who is coming to live in England. He has also sent me information on how to register to electricity/gas, wifi etc, which is also incredibly helpful as I had no idea where to go for this. Now keeping my fingers crossed that we get the flat that we want! Thank you!!!!!
