GoogleMe and my brother was looking for our first 2 bedroom property to rent with a small budget. We didn’t think it was possible untill we rang Haart estate agent and spoke to a gentleman called Saqib from Maidenhead. The service we received was unreal. From begging to end saqib was great. He honestly couldn’t have done much more then he already did for us. He made the whole process so smooth it was perfect. Couldn’t recommend saqib enough. Thank you for everything

GoogleI feel like I have been tricked into renting a property that has been left in deplorable conditions. The check-in has not been conducted in my presence and from the first day I reported various repairs to be conducted but none of them has been addressed since I moved in. My local branch Haart Maidenhead refuses to take any responsibility for the repairs and tell me over the phone that the branch is "the sales dept". I have been calling and emailing the Haart Property Management for over a month to explain my issues and they keep telling me there is nothing they can do for me as they "can not reach the landlord" who apparently has to agree to conduct the repairs. The only time they came back to me was to ask for my rent money although they did not address any of my issues. Apart from the repairs, my property was handed over to me infested with earwigs. As a result I feel that the property is unfit to live in. I have asked several times for the operators to raise the issue with management but they have not done so. I feel completely abandoned and hopeless! My advice is to never get near any Haart lettings agents, absolute crooks.

GoogleWaited around the area for 2 hours to make the viewing appointment. No agent and no call at the viewing time. Called the agent who sad landlord was thinking of selling, may not let. Requested to see the property as we were there, waited and agent arrived. We said we would like to reserve the property and understood the landlord may be selling, that was 6 days ago - no contact from Haarts agent - unprofessional

Especially like to mention Caroline Ljubisic for her non judgemental and caring attitude.
