GooglePhilip the agent from Haart was clearly knowledgeable about the property and gave us some good insight about the current situation of the home owner. He also gave some good info on the current mortgage rate issues. Unfortunately the property wasn’t quite up to our expectations on this occasion.

GoogleAs a landlord I have used the services of Haart Maidenhead since 2016 and always found them professional and efficient. During the recent difficult months Rachel Morton, who is normally based at Maidenhead, has been particularly helpful with an accounts issue that I have. Despite the logistical issues that many companies are experiencing Rachel has gone above and beyond to assist with this issue and liaise with those concerned.

GoogleInform them that I find it very hard to talk on the phone, but will always answer emails (which every other estate agent is okay with as I work two jobs) to then receive no communication for 3 weeks, and when I make a complaint, all they said is that they've tried to call me and will now take me off their records. Samantha Powell needs to get her act together.
