I cannot thank Sayf enough for the incredible support he gave me during my move. I was informed at very short notice that the smoke alarm checks had not been completed, which meant my move-in date was at risk of being delayed. This was especially stressful as I had travelled a long distance to collect the keys. Sayf truly saved the day. His level of customer excellence was outstanding. He personally attended the property to let the contractor in, coordinated with the property management team, and ensured the smoke alarm check was completed on extremely short notice. Thanks to his efforts, my moving day went ahead as planned, which genuinely exceeded my expectations. Throughout the entire process, Sayf was consistently communicative, supportive, and reassuring. He has a bubbly and positive attitude, and even when he did not immediately have an answer, he made sure to find one. I was left absolutely traumatised by this experience. Words cannot articulate the abhorrent service provided by Haarts and their thoughtless solicitor referrals. They recommended JS Law to the seller, and I could produce a novel on how terribly JS Law conducted themselves. My purchase started in June 2025 and we completed at the end of December 2025. Throughout this period, I was fed piles of horse manure as to when completion would be happening. I was told by all parties’ solicitors and the Estate Agents that completion would occur at the beginning of October at the latest. When the October period approached, 33 enquiries remained outstanding. Essentially no work had taken place since enquiries had been sent out in August. It was the most stressful situation of my life and there was not a care or urgency in the world to get my matter completed after the initial completion date was negated. My calls were often ignored or not answered. It was only when I had complained that my matter was taken more seriously. I would like to give a special shout out to Halle for probably being the worst estate agent to have ever graced the industry. She is a nasty lady, I have her snarky emails which I have saved for safe-keeping. My left toe could probably provide more customer service/client care than she could ever muster. After her negligence, excuses and overall running away from responsibilities, I finally managed to get her on the phone only for her to start having a back and forth with me. I conveyed to her that I did not want to have a back and forth with her but rather just complete the matter so that I never had to be in liaison with them again. Please go with them if you want to have sleepless nights, mental health issues and anxiety. I will say though, the only person who borderline tried to salvage the situation was the sales progressor Nadine, she knows what she is doing and has got a lot of experience under her belt.

Avoid renting with them at all cost! Everything is good and fast until the moment you sign a tenancy agreement and something breaks down. 2,5 months of ghosting followed by servicemen coming to announce “well, yeah, it is broken” and another 1 month period of ghosting a g a i n. We were left without a working heater in one room for entire winter, 1/3 of contract time! And boiler is half working at best. Just avoid. Accounting team is also a nightmare. 2 months of back and forth calls to locate a rent payment and 3 threatening letters.
