To say I am impressed is an understatement with the service I have received recently from Andrea Costa. Over the last few weeks. He was able to present a selection of very good tenants and was able to negotiate a good rental return and over what I was expecting, with no dead space. He's efficient, listens to your needs and delivers. He has kept me well informed throughout the process - excellent communication skills! I was with another agency in Maidenhead for unfortunately 3 years - who I had to chase daily for any updates, they would pressure me to take the first person that would show any interest, not listen to my needs. Keep reducing the monthly rental fee, lots of dead space between tenancies and no loyalty to landlords!! I am so happy I have changed over !! Andrea Costa from Haart Maidenhead has been so efficient, he is making up for the terrible service we received from haart previously. Until my dealings with Andrea, I was considering whether I should change estate agents. Andrea is prompt and thorough and listens carefully to what I am saying - really listens, in order to help me the best way he could, instead of giving platitudinous responses. He reviewed the marketing on our property and updated it to show the property off at its best. I did not even ask him to do this - he identified the need. Because of this, we are able to move new tenants in pretty much as soon as the old ones leave. Andrea is also very kind and patient, explaining any complicated points in detail. He is an asset to the company evidenced by the fact that I have decided to stay with Haart.

Eddie has been an utter joy to deal with. He's gone far above and beyond to make sure that we were able to see the house we viewed with him quite late and at times inconvenient to him (twice!) and kept us fully across the situation with the house we looked at. He definitely made us feel like he was honest and upfront with us which helped us immensely. Definitely the best experience we've had with an agent so far.

I was having great difficulty arranging an inspection of a rental property before renewing a tenancy contract despite weeks of phone calls and emailing. Rather fortuitously I got put through toAndrea (branch manager of a completely different branch) and he was very helpful-within 24hr I had been contacted by the management team and the inspection arranged.
