My primary contact was Ellie O'Donoghue, she was extremely helpful and professional and always on hand when I needed her. The continuous communication between us made the rental process so much easier. We viewed a property through Haart we liked. Eddie called to propose a second viewing and suggested a timing. He didn't confirm or cancel which we forgot and we turned up anyway. The viewing hadn't been arranged and this confusion was apparently all our fault. A simple apology from both sides would've enabled us to move on but Eddie was quite condescending in his attitude and never booked the second viewing for us anyway. The other Haart staff were fine and helpful but I wouldn't deal with Eddie again.

I 'was' a first time seller, and tried selling last year but unfortunately the first company I used - well they lied totally to me on the selling price. Seems they'll say anything on price just to get the property on their books. nothing happened and my only feedback was, "your house is too much money" - well what a waste of time! I invited a couple more estate agents over, one told me the price was right & the other was honest. It took a few months but we finally moved last week! Thank you Michael and the guys in the office for getting us over the line.
