GoogleWORST SCOUNDRELS. Haart made my tenancy with Max Estates Limited for me, who didn't return my deposit amount after vacating. Even after knowing that Max Estates Limited is cheating many others like me, Haart still markets their flats to earn the meagre agent fee. Very cheap. Tony Pemberton in Haart who marketed and sold the rental flat to me now says he cannot ask Max Estates Limited. CHEAP THIRD RATED AGENCY. DONT EVER GO THERE.

GoogleJoanne at Haart property management is very knowlegeable in property rental matters, especially grateful for her advice in dealing with a difficult tenant who has caused a lot of damages to the house. I found her advice is genuine and realistic in getting my mind clear in terms of how to deal with a very tricky situation. She has been tremendous helpful from eviction to the aftermath. Truly grateful for her going the extra mile. She is a good asset for Haart's property management department

GoogleI first tried calling to register my details on Wednesday, with a short window of time to view a property. The local office didn’t answer, so I was put through to the main office. The guy I spoke to assured me someone would be in touch. On Thursday afternoon I rang again, and got through to the Maidenhead office. The woman on the phone was quite rude and dismissive and said I needed to wait 24 hours and said again that someone would call me back. Needless to say, no call back. However, when I rang for a third time on Friday, I fortunately got through to Eddie, who was great. He apologised (not his fault!), then helped me to easily arrange a viewing at very short notice. While on the phone and in person at the viewing he was professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgable. He’s a credit to Haart.

GoogleEddie has been great so far with coordianting. He went extra mile to show us property in the evening and again next morning accomodating to our schedule. We made an offer in under 24 hrs . Though it has not converted for us, but his services were very effective. Thanks KD
