GoogleI suggest everyone to ask to be present during the check out. They asked me to dropp off the keys in the letter box and then performed the check out without me, some days later. I strongly reccomand to be present.
Good morning Federica, I am very sorry that you felt dissatisfied by our service and you have given us 1 star. I have looked into what happened and it seems that you have dropped the keys to our branch on Sunday, please note that our office is open from Monday to Saturday therefor we did not have any member of staff present when you dropped the keys. Even though you haven not been present I have noticed that you accepted the charges without even discussing with the branch or property management.
