Absolutely shocking! Avoid at all costs. Every email, phone call, even personal visits have been made to the office for updates and we found ourselves constantly chasing after for answers only then to be left chasing again & again. We were told that any enquiries would be financially qualified to buy before viewing to save time wasting. We were asked to be out for the day on a saturday so they could host an 'open house' as they have an unbelievable amount of interest & have qualified so called enquiries, or so we were told, so we leave for the day, come home ask for an update on how things went, 3 days later we get an update that not one person actually viewed the property because not one person financially qualified, they knew this on the Thursday before but never thought to mention it. After that shambles we did have a couple of viewings, however they didn't quite go to plan either, with the communication of this whole situation being less than acceptable and the property taking no interest we decided to hand in notice and go with a different estate agent as we just simply were not satisfied with the service and couldn't wait around forever. This is where I should have drawn the line with Gascoine Pees and just gone elsewhere. Magically they have a buyer, out of thin air one appeared. This was in June it's now December and the property has only just been completed. We decided to go with them as they reassured us that things would go smoothly and quickly. Everything we were asked for was done straight away, aiming to complete in October we were relocating out of Maidenhead and needed to start looking at schools in the new area for the children to go to. With them knowing this was important we asked to try and get the ball rolling - this obviously wasn't done and found ourselves again chasing and chasing yet again. 6 months later we've now had three pushed back dates for completion, an unholy amount of stress, no updates, constantly chasing them for updates just to be lied to and given the normal salesperson speech. When the sales progressor, Melanie, from head office got involved things actually started moving & she was a pleasure to deal with. I think without her the sale would have gone down the drain as were again ready to pull the plug. Admitted the buyer we had was probably just a case of bad luck and has also been a nightmare, the guys here just didn't seem to care too much about this particular sale, which made us question if there was even a buyer at times. It just so seemed that we were always at the bottom of the pile and took a back seat unless we called and called and even then it was back to square one. In short - Stay away, go somewhere else. Save yourself the hassle.

Avoid at all costs. I had a viewing booked for late evening and although I had received confirmed twice (even on the same day), no one had bothered to turn up. What a complete waste of my time as I had changed plans to travel so far especially. Really unprofessional of them.

I find it almost laughable how this letting agency behaves. When you’re signing a contract, they bend over backwards to act friendly and helpful, but the second you’re moving out, the entire façade collapses. Their true colors show, and suddenly you’re dealing with rudeness, attitude, and a complete lack of basic professionalism. My experience with this agency at the end of my tenancy was extremely negative, and one staff member in particular, Freya, made the situation even worse. In my opinion, she spoke to me with absolutely no respect and seemed to think that talking to tenants in a dismissive, condescending manner was acceptable. From my interaction with her, it’s clear she has a lot to learn about how to communicate professionally. Some of the comments she made were completely unnecessary, and honestly, she would benefit from learning when it’s better to keep certain remarks to herself rather than speaking to people the way she did. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in any customer-facing role, and I strongly believe she needs proper customer service training. My overall impression is that she is not equipped to speak with tenants in a respectful or professional way, and that absolutely needs to be addressed. No member of staff has the right to speak to me the way she did. Because of this, I will be taking this complaint further through the appropriate channels, and I will be sharing my experience publicly so other tenants are aware of how they may be treated. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable, and I refuse to let it go unaddressed.

The property was online within a couple of days of Zoe's initial visit, viewings were booked quickly but with consideration of our schedule - with Kim helping us at all stages of the sale too. Janene was also extremely helpful in chasing all parts of our chain to ensure we completed as fast as possible, keeping everyone up to date with the process. Right from the start we felt comfortable, the team were really friendly and knowledgeable. Jim Gordon in particular was very helpful and great to talk to, we couldn't have done it without him. The photographer took stunning photos which really showed off the features of the house. We decided to go with an open day, which was fully booked within 24 hours of advertising.Of those who veiwed the house, more than half put in offers. I don’t even know which branch I’m with…

I don’t even know which branch I’m with but they’ve charged me £50 for the privilege of changing the date I pay my rent as there has been a company take over at work and will now receive my pay on a different date! Oh, they did try to charge £60 until I mentioned the Tenants Fees act of 2019 which states that it is illegal to charge more than £50 to make a date change! Their excuse was they miscalculated the tax!!!! Ffs! I actually can’t even be bothered to try and explain how else they’ve been awful and stupidly hard to get a hold of. Avoid!!!!!
