We have used Reeds Rains Macclesfield for our last four properties, and even though some staff may have come and gone, the service has always been excellent and consistent due to James at the helm. We sold our last property within the £800k -£900k bracket and James and his team got us a sale within 8 weeks. Very professional team and when you get to the stressful part (towards exchange and completion) they are all on hand to make it happen. Would highly recommend as they took the 'sting' out of buying and selling, they dealt with both for us. Wouldn't hesitate to use you again. 😊

Had a fantastic experience with ReedsRains Macclesfield all the way through. We had 5 estate agents visit us to view our property, but James.S from ReedsRains came in the most prepared/informative/knowledgeable/cool, and it's the first impressions that swayed us. From the very first moment of having the house valued we knew we were in safe hands. James was re-assuring, knowledgeable and professional. The asking price was higher than we had expected in the first place so imagine how we felt when we were offered 30K more than that! The office team were superb. They handled all the viewings for us and did it with real expertise. BUT I have to save my main praise for Sue. Sue handled our sale and our buyer with real care and unending patience. She kept us all informed all the way through the process, and did everything she said she would do with incredible efficiency. Ours was a sale after a death in the family, and Sue handled the whole situation with sensitivity and compassion, always looking after us. I cannot praise this woman enough, everyone should have a Sue in their life! These days estate agents often get a bad press for not doing enough and some sellers even question if they need one. My wife and I as Power of Attorneys, had to sell the house of a friend who is in residential care. I used Reeds Rains to sell my property in Macclesfield in 2021 and would highly recommend them as an estate agent to others. Both Trevor (who valued the house) and Jaya (who managed the overall house sale) were incredibly helpful. Trevor was honest and knowledgeable when providing a valuation, explaining how the housing market was performing and answering any follow up questions I had. And Jaya (who I spoke with on the whole) has been brilliant throughout.
