GoogleSue and Lewis at Reeds Rains in Macclesfield were absolutely brilliant in what was a very difficult process. They went above and beyond and kept us updated every step of the way, even though it took much longer than it should have done (through no fault of the agents!). If it wasn't for them I have no doubt the unusually long chain would have collapsed.

GoogleWhat a fantastic experience 😁 selling with Reeds Rains. From the valuation to selling the service was excellent. James was so professional and knowledgeable having worked in the business for many years he made me feel so comfortable and reassured me he would provide an excellent service on getting the best price for my property which he fulfilled. Most of all was the day to day contact I had with the lovely Sue, regular updates on my selling and purchasing of my properties. Nothing was to much trouble for Sue. Dealing with Sue was an fantastic pleasure, what an amazing person, and an asset to the company ⭐️. The only thing I would say is I’m sad I don’t have the daily contact now as I’ve moved in to my new home 🏡 Sue made me feel like family. Well done everyone at Reeds Rains.

When the time came to sell the house I instructed RR to market the property and they did an excellent job. From start to finish all of the staff were very professional and friendly. They provided regular updates and called a couple of times each week, or when necessary, to update or discuss progress. I highly recommend. The sales negotiator for property was Georgia and she was very helpful throughout the duration of the purchase, chasing all parties of the chain and keeping us updated. Georgia was both friendly and professional and on the occasion she wasn't available the rest of the reeds rains team were also available to help. She made the process much less stressful as she was always on top of everything and I always knew where we were up to.

GoogleFrom the very beginning my husband and I were very impressed with the professionalism of Reeds Rains. When James arrived at the property for an initial evaluation he had done a lot of homework on our property and similar ones close by. The photographs and video tour of the house were excellent and really showed the property well. Once on the market viewings were arranged quickly and the first four viewers all placed full asking price offers. Abbey explained what the next step was with best and final offers and the house was sold within two days of going on the market at above asking price. Throughout the whole process Abbey has been in regular contact to keep us informed of how things are going. She has answered any questions we had and always got back to us promptly. We have been very impressed with all the staff of the ReedsRains office and would certainly use them again and highly recommend them as a sales team. Thank you for making the whole process so easy.

GoogleWe would highly recommend Reeds Rains. We contacted James after he helped us sell and buy last time. We needed to get on the market very quickly and James did everything he could to get us online as quick as possible. Georgia was fabulous at keeping us updated with regular calls/emails with regards to our sale, she was also always cheerfully at the end of the phone when ever we needed her and nothing was too much trouble. Although our sale had its ups and downs (as the majority of house buying does) we know both Georgia and James were working as hard as they could to get our house sold and it all came together nicely in the end :) We really appreciate all their time and support! GoogleI asked James for a valuation on my mum's apartment, having used Reeds Rains 5 years previously for my own sale. I'm pleased to say that he was just as reassuring and professional this time around. The valuation was certainly more than we had hoped for, but James of course was spot on and we achieved the asking price very soon. The legal process was quite challenging at times but Georgia kept me in touch throughout. She is a real asset to the team . I would not hesitate to recommend Reeds Rains and would certainly use them again.
