Hi Tom Thank you for your review. I have searched our database and asked every member of the team but we cannot find or remember a Tom Scott. Could you please contact me on 01625 428915 to give me further details so we know who you are/ what property it might be related to, as we always strive for a 5 star review, and if one is not achieved, then we look to see where we could have improved the service we have given. Kind regards, James Segal, Branch Manager. 19/10/17 UPDATED REQUEST to contact me as we do not hold any details for you, thank you, James
