Good afternoon Joe Blogg - I have checked our system and cannot find anyone with that name? We have received this one star review from you, which is very disappointing, so looking at the comment that you have made, I expect that you have rang the branch perhaps? We do return all calls, so do feel that the comment you have made is a little unfair. Please contact me personally either by phone or email at james.segal@reedsrains.co.uk , and I will be able to help with your enquiry. Many thanks, James Segal, Senior Branch Manager.

Hi Monika, The whole team, and our system database have no knowledge of a Monika Missem, so I would kindly invite you to contact me at the branch on 01625 428915 so that we can see how we can help, or the reason for a 1 star review, so that this doesn't go down as a scam review, having been your one and only Google review ever. We have no knowledge of you on our system so are unable to contact you. Kind regards James Segal Branch Manager
