Thank you for you kind review, and I thank you for trusting my recommended marketing strategy for the property. I appreciate this was potentially a difficult sale for you, with many memories for the family. Achieving a solid price within a short space of time was the order of the day. This resulted in over 10 viewings within 14 days. From the day we started marketing it took just 6 weeks for the transaction to go through to completion, and hopefully now allows the family to move on with life having fond memories of the house.
