GoogleReeds Rains Macclesfield have just sold a property for me that I bought from them in 2006. The service that I received was second to none with regular updates and many accompanied visits. They set the right price for the market and marketed the property well. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property.

FacebookWe sold a property in late 2020. Got persuaded that "modern method of auction" was the best way forward.Well........ If you want to have no commission to pay then great, but remember the buyer has to pay A MINIMUM OF SIX GRAND to "reserve" the property that YOU DON'T SEE, then great. So the property we sold got 80k and the new owner paid 86k. What does that tell you?!!Also, we let reeds rains do the viewings (we weren't living in the property). They left the front door unlocked, lights on and the loft hatch open a number of times......So nope, would never recommend reeds rains or MMofA

GoogleIn my opinion Reeds Rains Macclesfield place unruly aggressive and verbally abusive tenants in our residential building apt. As a previous Landlady myself, I would not trust them to be competent in vetting suitable tenants at all.
