We recently bought our first house from Reeds Rains, they have been nothing but helpful and professional during the whole process. We had some issues with getting our mortgage approved due to coronavirus, this added a much longer time onto the process, however Anthony understood everything that was going on where another estate agent would have had enough and stopped the whole thing. Thus far, we are very happy with the letting service provided by Reeds Rains Macclesfield. Our agent, Mathew, went above and beyond in his endeavours to ensure that we were able to move into our rental property in a smooth and timely fashion. This was despite having only given Reeds Rains just over a weeks' notice of our requirement to let our chosen property ASAP. I rarely write reviews, but I have had exemplary service from Matthew and a smooth and informed relocation with Reeds Rains. I’ve moved many times and dread the ordeal but Matthew had such a professional but friendly manner, it was a simple process. I never had to follow up issues, as his emails and calls were always made as promised. Matthew also made sure that my new landlady and I were happy at all times and I have felt comfortable with everything since I’ve moved in to my lovely new flat. Reeds rains Macclesfield branch gave us a personalised experience and took all of the normal stresses of house selling away. They always had time to talk and really listened, being able to offer great advice and solutions. They're great for strategy and adapt this to each property to get the best result for the seller. Communication was quick and better than I could have expected. There are cheaper options than the traditional agents, but I have learned from using these that the traditional agents work harder to get viewings giving the seller the best chance to get higher value offers on their property. Don't forget...estate agents working on upfront payment don't need to worry if they sell your house or not. Also estate agents working on lower fees want to sell your house quickly not for the best value as this generates the best revenue for them. Be wary of saving hundreds that could reduce the sale value of your home by thousands. My advice go traditional and if you do then reeds rains Macclesfield are a great team and also a really nice bunch of people to deal with. Faye Ord, Macclesfield
