Well where do I start with these lovely ladies at reeds rains from the moment I phoned up to book a viewing on a property they have been nothing but helpful with such a warm and friendly approach to the service they are providing , they have made me and my fiancé feel so at ease through this ongoing process. Holly showed us around the property that we have applied for and she was extremely helpful and full of knowledge of the property and about the area, she answered all questions that we had with ease. she was very chatty and friendly and is honestly just such a lovely young woman who is a credit to reeds rains. Once we put our application forward we then moved onto scarlet the lettings manager who has been helping us with the rest of the process , now I have called the branch probably a million times to ask questions and again she has been nothing but helpful attentive and just answers all questions that I have had again she is also full of knowledge knows exactly what she is talking about and again is she fabulous at her job, she has made me and my fiancé feel so at ease the whole way through and has such a fun professional approach to sales and lettings industry, the team at reeds rains is one of the main reasons we have decided to go for a property with them as they are all brilliant there. I have spoken to Zoe , sue and jaya a few times when I have called through and again they have been helpful , friendly and professional. Reeds rains Macclesfield you are extremely lucky to have this team at your branch because every single one of you are a credit to your company. We are very happy with the service Reeds Rains provided in moving forward to the successful sale of the property. During the initial discussions, the process and the services were clearly explained. In addition, we received sound advice on the valuation of the house with comparisons to recent sales in the area and information on the state of the housing market at launch. We were impressed by the marketing of the property, the Reeds Rains website presented the house in a very positive light, which attracted interest from potential buyers very quickly. People with a true interest and the means to move forward to completion were narrowed down with the ultimate buyer offering a price very close to the original valuation. This says much about Reeds Rains knowledge of the housing market in the area. We were kept informed throughout as the sale progressed to completion. The efforts of Reeds Rains are greatly appreciated

Our family were absolutely delighted with the service and support from Reeds Rains when they sold a house for us in Macclesfield recently. James visited us at the house initially and was very easy to talk to. He answered all our questions and gave us all the information we needed to make decisions that we were comfortable with on the asking price and to go ahead with Reeds Rains. We felt well-advised and supported throughout the journey and honestly believe that the team at Reeds Rains got the best possible outcome for us as a family. It really couldn't have gone any better. James organised sales materials that we were very happy with and Georgia also maintained excellent regular contact with us during the whole process. We particularly appreciated how well we were advised once offers started to come in and the updates throughout the sale process. Georgia and James clearly kept up-to-date with what was happening. Not only did we sell the house quickly, but it also went through much quicker than we were expecting and we were very happy with the sale price. It's not often I write reviews because I'm so short of time, but I really wanted to get round to this one because the team fully deserve to be recognised for their hard work and expertise. I would highly recommend Reeds Rains in Macclesfield for anyone wanting to sell a house in the area. They are all brilliant and I wish them every success in the future.

People say moving house is one of the most stressful experiences one can have.We have to disagree, our experience with Reeds Rain in particular Sue from the Macclesfield branch enabled us to have a stress free, care free adventure. A huge thank you to the team at Reeds Rains Macclesfield who recently sold my property. The whole process ran extremely smoothly from beginning to end and the customer service that I received throughout was excellent. I initially met with Alan, the valuations manager who was extremely helpful and answered any questions or concerns that I had, resulting in me choosing Reeds Rains to sell my property. I was amazed by how many viewings I received in a short space of time and within just a few weeks I had accepted an offer. The ongoing support and customer service that I received from the team was excellent. Krystle and Sue looked after me throughout and they really were fantastic. They dealt with everything quickly and efficiently and nothing was ever too much trouble. There was always a friendly and helpful voice at the end of the phone whenever I needed it. The service we have received from the team at Reeds Reins has been excellent. Sue Wood has been with us right the way through the process and has been extremely attentive. We feel that the process has gone this smoothly because she kept in good contact with all parties and solicitors, and kept us updated as soon she received new information. Bought a house through Reeds Rains at Macclesfield. All the staff where extremely helpful and professional. Sue was my main contact for the purchase and was brilliant! The house we were purchasing required some renovation work so we needed to get access several times to enable various builders to provide estimates. The seller was not always easily contactable but Sue went the extra mile every time to ensure we got access and that everything went as smoothly as possible.
