Definitely a five star service from Reeds Rains, especially Anthony. The purchase of my house has not been straightforward at all due to circumstances outside Reeds Rains control but Anthony has consistently gone above and beyond my expectations to keep the process moving and to keep all parties involved talking. The communication at all stages has been fantastic, Anthony ensured I was kept in the loop throughout the purchase. I have no hesitation in recommending Anthony and Reeds Rains.

The manager, James, and the staff at this branch of estate agents Reeds Rains were excellent. They dealt with the sale of my father in law's bungalow in Macclesfield very professionaly. Having used Reeds Rains several times before I set them another task, to exchange on my house in 4 weeks. They didn’t disappoint. A very difficult move that took 7 months to complete but RR Macclesfield managed to cope with all the difficulties. Sophie was very helpful as was Sue later on. Online communications was the biggest problem in that information is only as good as the data provided. Firstly, the Sellers and Buyers file were not kept up to date. Secondly, the Conveyancing File was not kept up to date either. Thirdly, the link from the RR website to the Conveyancing File was removed without notification and so it was difficult to find out the progress of the sale and purchase. All these meant that Sue was inundated with phone calls for progress reports. However she coped admirably with my constant calls - maybe not necessary if the appropriate files had been updated. In the end, we got there with a big sigh of relieve. Thanks to Tim and Sue.

I would like to share my recent experience with Reeds Rains on our purchase of Priory Lane SK10. James Segal and his team have provided us with excellent services. We live in Hong Kong and we have relied on James and his team to relay our communication, via email, to the vendor and his solicitor, search and appoint suitable solicitor for us due to the complication of the conveyancing, provide insurance agent and furnishing services contacts. With the time difference between Hong Kong and UK, Rain's team has to follow up, on our behalf, with the people in UK. During the whole process, the team has kept us informed on progress. The property is purchased for letting. Rains started looking for suitable tenants while the conveyancing was in progress. On the completion day, not only they confirmed the purchase has been completed, they also confirmed they have a possible tenant. We are very pleased with the professional services we have received especially when they need to deal with overseas clients.

I recently sold my house through Reed Rains Macclesfield and can not recommend them enough. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sue Wood who could not have been more helpful. I was constantly up to date with what was happening with the sale of my property. After the initial buyer pulled out at the eleventh hour Sue was straight on the phone to new potential buyers and set up many viewings the next day with one of them turning out to be the buyer of my property. When a new offer was accepted she was ecstatic, which shows how much she puts in to her work.
