GoogleI purchased a house through Northwood and they were always pleasant and responsive to deal with. There was a delay with my purchase however this was due to the vendor and out of the hands of the agents. They returned all calls and seemed proactive where required so happy to recommend.

GoogleI have rented out property with Northwood for over 6 years. I am extremely impressed with the service that they provide to me and my tenants. The staff being Ann, Julie & Tom are excellent. Also, should there ever be any maintenance issues their trades people are very prompt and do a good job. I am very satisfied with the service I receive. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Northwood office in Macclesfield.

GoogleThis is the first time renting out my own property, as with anything new it was a little bit daunting, however working with Northwood made the process very easy and stress free, after an initial rent valuation with Josh Gilchrist I was left in the hands of Daisy Barber who is an excellent agent, she answered all my queries and kept me updated as the process progressed, they found me a tenant within a month. I would definitely use them again if I had more properties to rent.
