Nick went above and beyond to help my purchasers sell a tricky property, to facilitate the offer and purchasing of my property. I was kept updated fully throughout the process, often receiving information faster than my solicitors! Nick, Josh and Neve in particular were fantastic. I appointed Bespoke Macclesfield following the first estate agency not securing a sale on my property. I first met Josh and immediately warmed to him. He was professional and took time to explain the ethos behind bespoke. Both Nick and Josh worked closely to produce the sales material and keen to have my input. The communication was excellent and they provided on going meaningful updates and feedback. Within a short period they sold my property. They offered a personal service right up to completion. I would recommend Bespoke over any other agent in Bollington and Macclesfield.

Even though we haven’t put an offer in yet and are still looking, I felt like I needed to leave a review because the difference in the level of service was huge compared to other estate agents we’ve dealt with. This is the second time we’ve been through the process of buying, and after seeing so many houses with different agents, Nick has easily been the most helpful, approachable and knowledgeable by far. He made us feel completely at ease, took the time to explain things properly, and answered every question without rushing us or making us feel pressured. Matt, you always remained friendly but professionally making my experience an easy journey. When Covid unfortunately set upon us you followed all correct policies and procedures. I choose Northwood to sell my property because a few years previously Ewan visited my home to value it as I was looking at selling up.
