"Unprofessional and un-reliable" I viewed a 2 bedroom flat situated at Richmond Court, Richmond Hill with their Malik Miah on 31st May. I arrived there on time and met the agent who was busy on a phone call. Through most of the viewing, he remained busy on the call. Following the viewing, I completed the application form and sent it to the agent. The agent got back to me and informed me that the landlord had narrowed it down to me and another candidate however, the other candidate had chosen their zero deposit insurance policy whereby the tenant pays no deposit however he is charged an additional £42.00 per month towards the insurance policy. The agent asked me if I would consider taking out the insurance policy. This just sounded so dodgy as if the other candidate had already chosen a policy, why contact me and ask to take out the policy. Anyways I refused to take the policy and stuck to paying the deposit. The agent promised to get back to me and until today they have lacked the decency to respond. Thankfully, I have since dealt with more professional and reliable Estate agents in the borough and I am glad to state that I have successfully secured a decent property straightway. Leaders were unprofessional and unreliable. They want people to buy their insurance policy and it would appear, if a candidate does not take the insurance policy, s/he cant secure a property through them. I will unreservedly say to avoid Leaders. They have lots to learn from others agents in the borough and who are providing a much nicer and most importantly a professional service. It wouldn't let me post this review without giving at least one star although I would not want to give them any.
