GoogleThey are terrible. The worst agents I have had to deal with. They were better off when they had the Lenwell Staff & management. They never sort your queries. You are assigned a property manager who acts like they care about your complaints but does absolutely nothing or forgets your issues until you bombard again with calls. Terrible experience with this letting Agent. Don't be fooled by the other reviews. If I could rate them 0/5, I would.

GoogleVery good work ethic, focused on customer satisfaction I was very pleased to have her as my agent. Not a single issue or problem, even before she was not on sit she made sure there was someone to sort out all things as needed and she kept the communication was a very vital part I enjoyed and I absolutely will be recommending her to other people.

Their commitment to providing classic and secured accommodation is top notch! Ask for Mr Malik, he is your go to man, should you ever be in need of buying, selling or renting!

GoogleI am really happy with Leaders agency. I just recently moved in property they renting and they proved that if something happening they will react very quickly and efficient. I had some issues two days in the row at new place and their response was amazing. Mainly I was communicating with Richard and Billy and they proved that agency can do their job very well. GoogleStaff extremely helpful and friendly. Moved into my new home in just 3 days from the point of being shown. The location is perfect and the house itself, I couldn't be more happy with. In fact I like it here so much I've decided I'd like to extend my tenancy When it comes to repairs I feel could be dealt with a bit quicker but when a repair or problem is dealt with, they certainly are jobs done with an excellent service and expertise
