GoogleI wanted to give 0 star but lucky for them 1 is the least. Worst customer service ever. I was basic interviewed when l was 3 metres away and l had to shout my person details and income in front of everyone because none of them could bother asking me to come closer or them coming to me instead. It was a 2mins conversation but wow felt like l was undressed in public and after all that they say so we can't help. But l know for sure they weren't sorry.

She has solved every issue that I ever came across and since first interaction has been extremely professional and understanding. I wish that every property manager would be like Kitty Hills as she sets the standards very high.
