GoogleContacted this team to schedule a viewing for a flat - the staff I had spoke to had arranged a viewing verbally at 11am on a day that worked. Once got to the viewing no one was there, I called the team to confirm this was still happening, they approached this with no empathy or consideration for my time wasted and blamed the « overflow team » I had tried to advise that its okay this happened this time but to let you team members know to not suggest viewings if it isn’t possible. Instead the response I got was blunt « no email/text confirmation - no viewing » Very unapproachable and unempathetic team to deal with internal issues that affect their clients. I would have been completely fine if there had been an apology and some consideration for my wasted time.

GoogleWe worked along side Kitty Hills for another letting agency, we had a great working relationship as Kitty would go above and beyond to provide us with all the information we require to complete jobs. She would always request photos from tenants so we would know what materials we would require to complete each job. We now work with her at Haart completing the same work and its great to work along side such a helpful property manager.

GoogleWe rented a three bedroom house at lime avenue through harrt lettings Luton. We were able to reserve house when we were even abroad. Mr. Jordan Jones helped us a lot for the proceedure. GoogleHaart priced my house correctly, ensuring that their advert attracted buyers as soon as the property was put on the market. It was sold at the asking price within the first week of viewings. Haart were the perfect go-between for the buyers, me and our respective solicitors. Very happy with the service Haart provided.
