GoogleReally bad experience here. They let out my Son in laws properly around 20 months ago. We asked them to serve notice on the tenant 2 months before the contract ended. The tenant refused to move and Haart then told us we need to pay £250 for them to send the tenant a letter regarding moving. Which we did, now 9 months later the tenant is still there Haart have done zero to remove them, still taking their commission but now asking us to pay more for them to send more letters. My Advice would be to not let this company manage your properties under any circumstances.

GoogleI sent an enquiry online for a rental property and within seconds I received a phone call from Daniel. He was very polite and professional and arranged a viewing at a convenient time for me. He communicated with me, sent me all the details promptly with confirmation on the day of the viewing. Lovely dealing with him.

GooglePossibly the worst letting agent in Luton! They found me a tenant which caused damages in excess of £9,000 and let them get away with it. Do yourself a favour and find a better company to market your property!
