GoogleI tried to book a viewing in one of the property through HAARTS in Luton. The estate agent called me took all my details and asked when I want to purchase the new 3 bed property. Obviously I have no fixed date but told them to I would like to buy a new property by coming christmas and he said why I am looking now, we should start looking from November!!! I think it's real estate agent 's job to get a property and I even mentioned that I can buy a new one if it matches every requirement. This is ridiculous, I was planning to sell my property as well. But will not recommend any more.

GoogleOne of their agents hung up the phone on me while i was mid sentence after assuring me that he would email me rental properties close to luton and Dunstable Hospital in a short while... this was 2 days ago. I am relocating to the UK from India with my 3 1/2 yr old daughter and husband and due to start work at L&D asap (I have previously lived in the Leeds area for 10 yrs) and was shocked at the lack of professionalism shown especially when i said that i wanted to rent by the end of the week.

GoogleThey deserve not one but zero star.They kept my deposit because they didn't like to refuse a house that they didn't clean it as they promised, the kitchen was without the white goods because the landlord changed his mind last second..... the carpet instead of being steam cleaned was full of paint and more dirty than before, and finally the kitchen furniture would be replaced because it was broken and with dump as they promised....and the result was just temporary fixed by white silicon. Ridiculous behavior of the staff.....always busy in a meeting.....and be hidden at the back office for not listening the customer complaints.NEVER in my life dealing with you again...I will see you in the court.

GoogleI requested a check-out service which Kitty Hills at the Luton branch arranged. The report was completed but I had some queries. Estimates for the work were very quickly provided and a settlement was agreed with the tenant. Great work overall by Kitty but I did have ongoing contact problems with Waz which frustrated me somewhat.

GoogleMason and Tom from Luton town branch was absolutely amazing. He kept us updated on anything that was going on with the sale of our home. From the first meeting with Haart they were confident, and eager to get our house sold. It sold within two days of being advertised and going live online with Haart. Their staff came out before hand, so when they showed clients around our home they was familiar with the layout of our home. They were professional at every step of the way. Selling your house is a very exciting and stressful process, and even more stressful when your are moving abroad so it was fantastic to know that we had Mason and Tom working behind the scenes chasing solicitors up and making sure everything went as smooth as can be. 10 stars for these guys for all their hard work. I would recommend Haart to anyone selling their home.

GoogleI must credit this gentleman Hasnain Ramzan. Haart as a complete whole is the most pro active company I have dealt with however I must reserve the credit for Hasnain my main point of contact. He gave me a 6 star service from driving me around all over town to even buying me an ice cream after the viewings! He is a name to remember and my view on estate agents as a whole has changed. Me and Hasnain are still in pursuit of finding my forever home however we are getting closer! He helped me with my mortgage and solicitors and every little detail he did not leave out. Truly a gentleman and is the perfect exemplar ambassador for Haart. I would certainly recommended him for anything related to property!

GoogleI met hasnain and we kicked off talking about properties, a couple of my buy to lets and how it would work better if I did a different kind of mortgage, he’s really respectful and knows so much more than other estate agents I’ve met. He done his job as an estate agent properly compared to others that I have come across and also left his card with me so that if I had any other queries it would not be an issue to him for me to contact him. I would recommend him if you are looking to do anything in regards to property as I am confident he will look after your best interests and advise you on what would be best for you.
