I just wanted to take a moment to give a massive shoutout to my estate agent Vesaim Ali - this guy has been absolutely incredible! Every time I've had a situation crop up, he's been right there to respond promptly and deal with it straight away. But what's even more impressive is that he really takes the time to understand the root of the problem before making any decisions, which I think is a rare quality to find these days in general. Even when he doesn't know something, he's always there to offer guidance and support, which is something that I've really appreciated. I can honestly say that I'm happy with him and the service he provides, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of an estate agent. So if you're on the lookout for someone who's not only professional but also genuinely caring and understanding, then this guy is your guy!

I have been renting from heart for last 2 years. I have had nothing but problems with them. First was a fence problem which was sorted relatively quickly but the quality of the repair is absolutely shocking (reported to heart and nothing was done) the next issue was mice and birds in loft. They were notified about 8 months ago and still nothing has been done. All Xmas decorations and sentimental things destroyed. Hearts attitude is disgusting. Rent has been paid on time throughout the whole tenancy. Will never be using again as they are unorganised, incompetent, couldn't care less attitude. THIS WILL BE FOLLOWED UP THROUGH COURT PROCEEDINGS.

Whilst I didn't find a rental property through Haart they tried their absolute best. Jordan Jones was the chap I dealt with and he was very straightforward and 'no nonsense' in his approach. When handling a property we were interested in Jordan was very to the point, quick when replying to my emails and queries and very professional. When the property didn't work out in our favour Jordan was keen to keep us as clients and quickly found other properties that matched our criteria. He gave me the impression that he valued our custom which I haven't experienced with other agents. Once a property doesn't work out the communication on the side of the agent quickly fizzles out. It was a pleasant experience with Haart.
