I dealt with the whole team during my property buying journey where I had a steep learning curve and found them all to be very personable, patient, professional, and helpful. I am happy with the way Giggs & Bell estate agents organised everything. I was comforted by their quick responses and how they worked tirelessly to find multiple options and giving me plenty of information to make informed decisions. Not only have they made the communication between solicitors and all parties seamless they’ve offered advice and further help in areas that prove no financial gain of their own. If this doesn’t show passion and complete authenticity as a company then I don’t know what does. They value repeat, loyal customer and a nice supportive experience! Recently just purchased a house through Giggs and Bell, with Daniel dealing with the sale. I was a first time buyer and having had a couple of house purchases fall through, I was extremely impressed with how Giggs and Bell managed to make it as simple and stress free (as possible!). Daniel was friendly and attentive from the first viewing and kept in contact throughout the purchase. I appreciated the way Daniel was available through different types of communication (what’s app, email and phone) so any query was answered promptly. I had the unfortunate experience of losing my house and car keys over the hills a week or so ago, tried retracing my steps to no avail. Had to start the process of changing house locks and trying to get a new car key from the manufacturer. Thankfully after a day or so my daughter saw a post on a local website. A set of keys had been found in the area where I had previous walked, we got the ladies name and number, called her and indeed they were my keys, you can not begin to under the immediate relief that they had been found and were safe. I collected the keys from Mr Bells home and tried to give a reward, both Mr And Mrs Bell refused this. Having had this experience with Mr Bell and his absolute honesty, I will be recommending Giggs and Bell as a honest and trustworthy business to deal with. THANK YOU

From the very beginning they impressed me with thorough preparation and professional service, and I chose them to sell my house from a shortlist of 5 agents, because of their low fees and the belief I had that they would do a great job selling my home.
