Giggs & Bell provided excellent service from beginning to end, handling the sale of our family home - with the added complication that we were in 3 different time zones, and not in Luton. First class service, looked at several agents before deciding on Giggs and Bells. No pressure selling just plain simple explanation. Had my property on the market for a week and it was sold. We had a top Sales agent Jordan Loveland lovely lad who looked after us well, knew his market well. Derek Bell the owner specifically came down and took time to undestand our needs, a really knowledgeable person who guided us all the way. Derek Bell was a personal recommendation from a friend who’d sold a property with him. Following my property appraisal with Derek, the first viewing took place within three hours with Andrei at Giggs and Bell. As a seller, I found every member of the team (Colette, Andrei and Denzil) to be very professional, personable, knowledgeable and transparent in their communication. I was kept informed of the market and property marketing performance on Rightmove etc. number of viewings conducted and their feedback. Denzil (branch manager) guided me through the sales process once I had accepted the buyers offer and helped to keep the sale moving. Recently I have tried buying another property through another local agent and the experience was dire, so I gave up. Massive Thank you to the Team at Giggs and Bells . We recently took ownership of our new house sourced by Daniel Loveland. Daniel spent a few months patiently letting us view over 8 or more houses until we found the right one. So I called up this agent for a property I was interested in - some guy called Derek picked up. I have never spoken to an estate agent with so much attitude and arrogance - he actually told me that I would be causing him more headache because I was interested in the property!! Obviously he had a few people interested in the property - but this is no way to treat customers. I cancelled the viewing and will not be using this agent again!! I cannot leave a review without adding at least one star - otherwise this business would get no stars.
