Probably the best estate agent in Luton. I had to pleasure of dealing with Daniel, Jordan and Derrick to secure our new property. The communication between the seller, us and the solicitors were swift and managed to complete in 3 weeks as planned. I would highly recommend them.

As far as I am concerned Giggs & Bell are the best!!! I have used them twice and both times they have achieved quick buyers and fully supported us throughout the process. Regular updates, contactable staff and great interpersonal skills, I can’t fault them. They recently supported my elderly mother with her sale and were very considerate and encouraging ! The sale went through during the lockdown period and this did not affect any communication. Def a 5 star from me! Thank you Giggs & Bell 🙂

Where do I start with Giggs & Bell... what a delight! Can I just make this very clear... Giggs & Bell, was not the estate agent we used, they were the agency we were buying a house from... So if anything, you would think I would be writing such a review about our own estate agency. Even though we were not selling a property through Giggs & Bell, you would not have thought it. Down to the professionalism, the curtesy calls and the understanding the team had in our selling and buying experience really was second to none. I do not think we would have got to where we are today if it was not for the team at Giggs & Bell. In the future, I know if I ever needed an estate agent again, I would hands down be calling Denzil/Derek and their team to help us. As has been said before “where do we start with Giggs and Bell” An outstanding, truly professional service provided by all the members of the team from initial contact by Derrick to final completion. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always available to answer any questions we had or provide any assistance that was required. Total understanding of our needs especially so as we reside overseas, were selling a bungalow and therefore were not available in UK to deal with any issues. We had to totally rely on the team at Giggs and Bell to help and they never hesitated in doing so immediately We have no hesitation in highly recommending them, they are an excellent Estate Agents who know to put clients first. I sold my bungalow through giggs and bell. The company is very very good. First of all they found so many customers to view my bungalow. Everybody in the team was very good but denzil worked very very hard to make sure everything moved along smoothly and any issues we had he would take all the stress and make lots of calls to chase up any problems, which took a lot of stress of me and my husband as we knew denzil was seeing to everything. I would definitely come back to them if i ever think of selling my property. Well done Giggs and Bell. Keep up the good work!!! I would advise giggs and bell to open a solicitors office too for buying selling properties as they see everything through to the end and they have lots of knowledge of the process. They would have lots of happy customers as i think they would work very efficiently and take less time.
