GoogleI have employed Giggs and Bell to sell two properties in Luton. On both occasions i have received a very professional service. Most recently Derrick Bell has gone above and beyond by regularly visiting my empty flat to ensure everything was fine, sending a video for my assurance, as I am living two hours away. Daniel deserves a special mention for his persistence in following up the buyer's solicitor; no easy task.

GoogleFantastic service start to finish. We were able to view the property we wanted so quickly, the agent showing us around was honest instead of trying to cover things up like normal. We weren’t pushed or rushed into anything yet once we were ready everything was handled swiftly. Would 10/10 recommend and we will for sure use this estate agents when we are ready to move on in the future.

GoogleVery professional and very easy to deal with. Unlike other estate agents, they are never pushy or sending random properties to try and get a sale. Always advise on properties tailored to your requirements. Felt they had your back and best interests from viewing to completion. Just a nice company to purchase house from, from beginning to end.

GoogleMe and my husband have been dealing with Taylor from Dunstable branch and the service we have received from him was absolutely outstanding! The best agent we dealt with and we have know quite a few of them. He was extremely helpful and definitely always following customer agenda. I highly recommend his services and personally if I ever wanted to buy or sale property he is going to be our agent!

He had good knowledge of the property and area. He was so professional and whilst this house wasn’t the one we hope that something else will come on soon.

GoogleMmmmm they continued to use my photos on there site once I came away from them to lure people in then say " That property has just sold, but we have something similar ".. 🤥😡🤬 I had to physically ring them to tell them to remove the pictures. sales 2/10. Communication 8/10 …
Hello John. Thank you for your feedback. We never want our clients to feel that they haven’t had the service they expect. In this particular instance, we had a delay with our 3rd party supplier who did not remove your property from their live feed as instructed by our system. When you notified us of the situation we spoke directly to the property portal and asked them to manually withdraw your details from their site which they did. We explained this at the time but apologies if this was not clear. We would always prefer to have a conversation with you to resolve any issues with our service and would encourage you to call us contact us on 01582 958070.

GoogleThe people at Giggs and Bell were motivated to sell my property and stayed positive through it all. I have had a few dealings with a couple of estate agents but these guys were the best by a mile. They make you feel special and always keep you updated. Denzil provides a great professional customer service and the team are all friendly. Highly recommended.
