GoogleMy sister and I chose G&B to sell our mother house after she passed away and they have done an amazing job. Minor lapse in communication but this was quickly resolved. The staff have been really delightful to deal with, always empathetic ( in our case ) and friendly and professional. One staff member in particular ( Daniel) was always a joy to deal with. Even at the most stressful moments he was a calming, smiley voice on the end of the phone.

They are extremely professional and organised at all times and helped us through a slightly tricky sale, dealing with probate , trusts and solicitors with total ease and diligence. GoogleWe saw a recommendation for Giggs & Bell online, and we are glad we took it up. It was our first move in 20 years, and things have changed very much since the last time we went through the rigmarole of selling a house. It certainly hasn't got easier! However, we felt we were supported all the way by a great team - with Daniel, Jordan and Eloise organising the viewings, which they grouped together so as to cause least disruption, and Sophie in the progressing team doing a brilliant job of keeping us informed throughout the long process to exchange, all of whom had a friendly yet professional approach to making sure we were happy. If you're getting quotes for a house sale and deciding between a high quality service or a low percentage cost, I'd definitely recommend the former - it can be an incredibly frustrating, stressful process, especially when there's an extensive chain involved, so it's great to have a supportive team on hand, who respond quickly to queries and concerns.

GoogleNormally spend time reading reviews not writing them, however felt the need to write something after my home sale. Had a poor experience with another company when i purchased. all i can say, I am so happy that they were the estate agent that sold the property. We hit a few bumps in the road and the team navigated the issues excellently. If you're looking to buy or sell a property can't go wrong with these guys they are spot on. Big praises to Derrick, Denzil, Sophie and Daniel who were on hand to chase up and support us to completion. Big thank you guys at Giggs and Bell!

FacebookI can honestly say that Giggs and Bell have been incredible for me. My case was with them for a year due to problems on my side, and they did everything they could to help and support me. Daniel the manager has extraordinary negotiating skills, and was always on my side when it came to negotiating a fair deal. Whenever I phoned up, it did not matter who I spoke to, they were always up to date with what was going on with my case. I know I found the process of selling my property so much easier knowing that I had the whole team behind me, especially when moving properties can be so stressful anyway. If you would like a top class boutique estate agent to sell your property and support you throughout the selling process, I really do genuinely think Giggs and Bell would fulfil this position as they definitely did for me

They also provided personal assistance with the many changes made to my purchase, it was a full 18 months from start to finish and going above and beyond to make sure it all ran smoothly. I couldn’t rate them highly enough, a superb service was provided.

We had a top Sales agent Jordan Loveland lovely lad who looked after us well, knew his market well. Derek Bell the owner specifically came down and took time to undestand our needs, a really knowledgeable person who guided us all the way. He has been nothing but absoloutely fantastic from start to end going the extra mile, answering each of my million questions and arranging visits for me to the property whenever possible. Even after I have obtained the property he has still been willing to help with any questions o have had.
