I want to say a HUGE thank you to Derrick, Denzil, Daniel and the whole team at Giggs & Bell. Not only did they deal with the sale of my property but they also found me my dream home. They worked incredibly hard throughout the process to see the deal go through and on the 11th February I collected my keys. Jordan was super helpful and very thorough in his selling of the property pitch. He answered all my questions, was easy to talk to and didn’t make us feel like he was trying to push the property on us - this is a life time decision and it’s horrible when you are feeling pressured. Chose Giggs and Bell on a reccomendation and was not disappointed whatsoever. Great initial consultation with Derek who truly discussed what it is we wanted and what our plans were to a really detailed valuation. I had a couple before and neither estate agent took longer than 5 minutes to value the house - Derek was very meticulous and found all the selling points and the advantages to the buyer. We then worked with the sales team, mainly Denzil Gayle who was always prompt with viewings. Good vetting process that G&B have. I hadn’t moved for over 10 years and had heard of some horror stories with estate agents with there bullish approach, hidden agendas and only interested in the money. Giggs and Bell erased those thoughts immediately from the initial appointment through to completion. Derrick and the whole team were always there to lend a helping hand, give advice and kept in constant communication throughout the sale and buying process. There were some challenges along the way, including Covid 19 which slowed the process slightly, however the Giggs and Bell team remained professional, informative, helpful and enthusiastic even through these challenging times. Throughout the whole team there is a wealth of experience, local knowledge and advice at hand which makes the moving experience almost stress free, knowing your in good hands. They are constructive, open and honest in those critical points that arise in any house move. There attention to detail and personalisation when communicating makes you feel you are the only sale that matters!. I would recommend anybody who is thinking of taking the step to sell and or buy, use Giggs and Bell my initial thoughts have been changed to a positive and enjoyable experience which I didn’t think would go together when moving! Derrick transformed an originally draining and tumultuous experience into a smooth sell. The combination of my sister and I living in an entirely different country while also grieving the loss of our Father created a huge dilemma. We were in America and Derrick took on our worries and made them his own all the way in England whilst keeping us informed every step of the way. His empathy, patience, determination, and professionalism were prominent throughout the entire process and I cannot praise him enough. Giggs and Bell have to be one of the if not the best agents I have ever dealt with. Their honesty, integrity and trust worthy attitude is impossible to find these days. We bought our first home in Luton and the experience was little short of amazing. I have dealt with many agents in Luton while we were looking for properties and can honestly say these guys are a huge breath of fresh air in a market that seems to place emphasis on make money make money make money. We lost a number of houses due to other agents having money as their best interests. The attitude of all the staff at Giggs and Bell was customer satisfaction focused and never seemed like getting paid was a driving factor. They are respectful and get the job done unlike a few I could mention (role of the eyes). Honestly if you want great customer service without ever feeling pressured Giggs and Bell are your perfect choice. Plus Derek is a Liverpool fan yay! But don't let that put you off...
