From the start we felt confident with Marc and his team. A few times we felt a bit anxious about progress but we received realistic and informed advice and guidance from everyone in the business. Very professional and having sold 6 other properties in the past, using some bigger names in the business, and found Marc Fegan Bespoke Estate Agent to be a whole other level of service and care. GoogleThankyou- an excellent and supportive service throughout I found my experience to be very good indeed. I was promptly called to set up a time to view the house I was interested in and was even able to go back a second time. Any queries and questions I had were promptly taken care of and accommodated and both Claire and Marc were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, putting me at ease with it being my first time purchase. I found them to be very efficient, honest and trustworthy and really valued that aspect. I felt they were genuinely happy for me, having found my first home which made it even nicer. Claire at Marc Fegan is an absolute gem! I felt really at ease, especially as it was my first time buying a house and renting a house. Communication was 10/10, she was a available as and when I needed her. Anyone who has done this knows of the emotions that come with it.However from the moment I rang into MARC FEGAN BESPOKE ESTATE AGENT and explained my circumstances and wanting a 2nd agent to come on-board, Claire handled this with an understanding and empathy that other Estate Agents just don't have.An appointment was made to meet Marc at mum's home. Marc was very professional and well prepared in comparison to the other agent we were with. I was so impressed with MARC FEGAN that day, I decided to drop the other Estate Agent that we were with for 11 weeks with little feedback only a few viewings and no offers.MARC FEGAN BESPOKE ESTATE AGENT came on-board and within a few days he had viewings booked in. I received information on each viewing appointment and feedback after viewing.Within 10 DAYS we received an OFFER and on DAY13 we SALE AGREED.Trust me when I say that Marc and Claire at MARC FEGAN BESPOKE ESTATE AGENT give a BESPOKE SERVICE made for each individual customer and their circumstance.Forever thankful to them both.
