GoogleCaoimhin and the team have been excellent in the process of buying our first home! From getting the phone call from Aoife to say our offer had been accepted, I felt her genuine joy for us, to staying on top of solicitors to get the sale across the line, the team were great! But even better still, even after completion I have probably phoned and asked more questions to Caoimhin than during the buying process and he has been so helpful and accommodating! Highly recommend

GoogleWent to a house viewing for a friend which I told was closed viewing, hand other families up stairs whilst we had to wait and swap over to view, my friend also leading bid on the property and wasn’t notified that sale was agreed elsewhere and only found out as seen ‘sale agreed’ on PropertyPal, knowing I was the current highest bidder, won’t be using this company again not pleased or happy with your services! To not even notify us when we where the highest bidders and for us to find out ourselves is a disgrace, your service is awful Marc.

We would like to give a special mention to Claire, who we dealt with through most of our process. She went above and beyond. From lifting the phone to request a valuation through to completion, was completely seamless. How friendly Marc and the whole team in the office are cannot be overstated, it was a pleasure to work with them all at every step of the way! My house was sale agreed the week it went on the market and completion was 8 weeks later to the day! Claire was amazing at every step, and worked so hard to ensure everything ran smoothly and all parties were up to date with progress, not to mention being incredibly friendly and easy to speak to! Marc Fegans will always be my first call for any property needs! I couldn’t have been more impressed!

Marc and Lauran are absolutely amazing. They made our house move so easy for us. We had nothing to worry about on their end. Completion was flawless. Nothing was ever too much to ask. All our queries had been answered and kept in touch with us very well along the way. We wouldn't use anyone else if we were to move again and will definitely recommend them to our family and friends. Highly recommend Marc Fegan Estate Agents and in particular Claire, who helped me recently in the purchase of a buy to let property. Such a genuinely nice person, extremely personable and helpful. First class from start to finish with the photos, listing, communication, viewings, offers etc. My sale completed last week and I have to say I was over the moon with the service and support I received from Marc, Claire and Andrea! I have delt with a few estate agents in the area over the last number of years in terms of onward purchases and if I could give some advice to anyone looking to sell in lurgan it’s go and see Marc and the team they will 100% keep you right!

First dealt with Marc fegan estate agents when buying a house, Claire was extremely helpful and the communication was fantastic. No sooner had we shown intrest we had a viewing and the buying process began. Since then we now use Marc and the team to manage our rental properties and we plan to work with Marc quite regular in the future. I would highly recommend these guys, especially first time buyers, they will help you every step of the way.

Initially Marc came to give a valuation for one property and by the time he left he was booked for a valuation for a second property! Very honest and personable and knows the local area and people well. Both sales went through seamlessly, no doubt due to Marc and Claire's work behind the scenes. Marc would answer a text at daft times and even helped advise us with the purchase of our new home with a different agent. Claire was always there for advice and a chat and was lovely to meet her in person on completion day. 100% recommended. Diane & Jason
