I could not recommend Mark Fegan and Claire enough.From start to finish it has been a real pleasure to work with them two.From the moment i booked a viewing and Claire has kindly shown me around, everything has been clearly explained to me with an amazing level of details. When dealing with these guys you will see soon that it’s more than just a business and you’re more than just someone who will give them that commission.When you book a viewing for buying/renting a house it’s important that your perception of the Estate agent is one that you can trust in the information he’s going to provide you with. Claire has came across so trustworthy immediately and her personality being so kind and genuine was so natural, those qualities have made me trust her.She/They have been above and beyond for me which is something i have no words to describe my appreciation for.Highly recommended these guys when looking to purchase a house and you have some expectations of the Estate agent in charge of the viewings.

Stop comparing and just choose Marc Fegan

I had worked with Marc before on a letting agreement and was well aware of his high level of professionalism and excellent customer service, so it was an easy choice to appoint Marc as my sales agent. Marc's passion for getting the right person for the right sale led to the house being sold within 3 working days of going to market. There were some bumps along the road during completion, however Marc was driving this forward at both sides and we eventually got the breakthrough we needed, thanks to Marc's hard work, dedication and positive attitude. Would highly recommend to anyone considering selling a house or letting a property.

What a rollercoaster ride…

What a rollercoaster ride it was buying our first home, we found mark while viewing a few houses and what a gentleman he was, we were unlucky with our first offer then mark told us about other properties he had, when he showed us the house we knew it had to be our home! Excellent company to work with, gentle,helpful, amazing people! I didnt directly work with them, the house I bought was for sale by them but during the process of buying, they were soo helpful and kind. After one year, I needed to find a Surveyor for my girlfriend's house and no one was available. I called Marc Fegan and everyone was soo heplful, they gave me so many options and it worked! So I will definately would work with them in the future, and if anyone around me will sell their house, I will make them to call Marc Fegan! Working with Marc Fegan Bespoke Estate Agents was so straightforward and stress free. We dealt with both Claire and Lauran, and you couldn't meet two more friendly, yet very professional girls. We mostly dealt with Claire who kept us updated at every stage, even if it was just to let us know there was nothing happening, but that everything was in hand. Claire managed our expectations supremely and we felt that, while she had a job in selling a house, she didn't oversell anything to us, and told us everything straight down the line. She was realistic in her timings, and didn't give us any false hope at any stage of the process. Claire is a true asset to the firm, and a nicer girl you couldn't meet! We couldn't recommend Claire, Lauran and Marc Fegan Bespoke Estate Agents enough and would have no hesitation in working with them again.... Although, hopefully not for a while 😉

As a landlord I can highly recommend using Marc Fegan Bespoke Estate Agency. I have been using their services (for buying and selling properties and renting my other properties) for a number of years and have always received a high level of professional service. I mainly deal with Claire who is a great ambassador for the Agency and goes above and beyond to ensure you are well looked after. However Marc has added Andrea and Aoife to his team and they continue to maintain the high standard of service that Marc personally oversees and for which he is renowned for within his profession.
