Thankyou- an excellent and supportive service throughout

I found my experience to be very good indeed. I was promptly called to set up a time to view the house I was interested in and was even able to go back a second time. Any queries and questions I had were promptly taken care of and accommodated and both Claire and Marc were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, putting me at ease with it being my first time purchase. I found them to be very efficient, honest and trustworthy and really valued that aspect. I felt they were genuinely happy for me, having found my first home which made it even nicer. Many thanks to them for all their help and support.

The world needs more Claires.

I enquired about a house this morning and Claire phoned me within the hour. Unfortunately the house had literally just been sale agreed & I was unlucky this time. I did however, get chatting to Claire about what I’m looking for and she has made a note in the system to contact me if anything suitable comes up. The reason for this review was not only to commend Claire on how quickly she dealt with my enquiry, but the complete and utter happiness she has brought to my day just by being kind. She showed both empathy and understanding to my situation and was able to give me some really helpful advice. After being treated horribly by another agent, I was left feeling a bit vulnerable and worried about weather this journey was going to be difficult, but Claire has put me at ease 100%. The world (and more specifically, this industry) need more people like you. Thank you so much.

I just can't recommend Marc Fegan Estate Agents enough! Claire and Marc have been so supportive in my whole journey to buying my house. When I went to view houses, they would recommend others to view within my price range and that met my needs. 5 star service that won't disappoint

After having my house up for almost 4 months with a different real estate agent with no communication and only 2 viewings, I decided to contact Marc. We contacted Marc before lockdown in March 2020 in regards to selling our house&while we had bad timing&had to wait a few months to sell, Marc reassured us the whole time so when the markets reopened he had all in place ready to go! He was always organised letting us know about viewers in advance and always prompt with feedback&realistic if he thought they were interested or not! My Partner and I contacted Marc after having our house for sale with another estate agent for over 20 weeks with no joy.
