We would highly recommend using Marc Fegan when selling a property in Northern Ireland. He is completely in tune with the local market and offers realistic, positive and uncomplicated advice. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he was there for us throughout the entire process from advertising the property to viewings right through to completion which facilitated a smooth handover. We'll never use anyone else!

A few times we felt a bit anxious about progress but, we received realistic and informed advice and guidance from everyone in the business. GoogleI do not recommend. A few days ago I asked about buying a house and if I could see it. He said that the owner had changed his mind and didn't want to sell, and a day later the sale was agreed.
