I absolutely love working for Blochsphere property management. We have cleaning the communal areas in Gravesend for two years now and the building is always kept up to date. They have recently painted the whole building and it looks absolutely great. Excellent company and great at what they do.

GoogleAbysmal level of service. I can't believe any of these 5 star reviews are genuine! To me they look like generic and fake positive reviews. Anyone who actually deals with this company has to endure the worst possible level of service. To say its 'the pits' would be too positive from the experience my brother is going through. A massive escalation of service charges which they refuse to adequately justify. No cleaning of the building in the last 6 months. Endless threatening letters asking for payment even though they havent provided any service. I can't understand how they have won the awards they boast about. The people who run this company clearly have a legal background, so they know how to intimidate with written threats of legal action. So far, I have seen no level of service whatsoever. GoogleMy elderly relative unfortunately had the misfortune to have to deal with this company after they took over the maintenance of her property. An absolute awful experience every time she had to deal with them. No understanding of her needs and basically exploited her with chargeable correspondence. You’ll find very little regards reviews on social media as they tend to delete anything which is not positive.

FacebookWe recently enquired about Blocsphere managing our 412 unit residential complex in Manchester. All dealings were professional and the advice given was priceless and has potentially saved us tens of thousands of £. Four stars as their fee was not as low as another quote we obtained, but on the other hand Blocsphere are a specialist and knowledgeable block management company and not just another estate agent trying to do this on the side. We can speak to their in house property solicitor who has managed to put right several compliance issues for us, so 4.5 stars in my opinion. A very forward thinking company who are currently rolling out resident “amenities” and other “to your door” services to actually make living in an apartment block a pleasant experience akin to a luxury hotel! If these are impressive once available i will amend my review to 5 stars.

Awful service. Have not done anything to help fix the property. As my husband mentioned, we have been living in misery try to get them to do even the most basic of repairs. They do not do anything you would expect a property management company to do.
We have reported this review to Trustpilot to be removed, as we have checked with our Property Managers and this review is not from a leaseholder or client of Blocsphere.

Blocsphere: avoid, avoid, avoid. Close friends recently found themselves having to deal with these jokers and by all accounts subjected to intimidation, threats and rudeness. Seems they snuck in under the radar without residents consent and pretty much jacked-up the costs and slashed the service. This sort of tactic seems common place nowadays, companies preferring bully-boy, legalese approach rather than acting with integrity. Hearing my friend’s story reminded me of the time I fell foul of clampers. It’s such a same these businesses are allowed to be in this sort of business, but alas, they are, and in this case, resorting to scare tactics on elderly residents. There are good management companies out there, so let me just put that out there. My advice here would be to move along - unless you actually like the bully-boy approach to the Property Management Model.

We appointed them having had an awful experience with First port. Sadly it looks like we've jumped out of thr fire into the frying pan.They didn't even bother visiting our development for several months after taking handover. No services, yet charged us the full service charge. When challenged we were informed they'd done alot of admin behind the scenes. Priority issues such as flytipping went disregarded, including our requests for CCTV and parking arm installation.It's been a year of woe. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Sadly we are forced to have this company, which has seen our costs spiral from £175 - £1000 per annum with little explanation. Since taking over we’re made numerous promises that never materialised. Less than transparent with information, and getting that information is at times a battle. They do have some great staff, our property manager and the person who deals with the accounts for our development. Unfortunately trying to have any reasonable interaction with those at the top is just challenging, and it feels that they intentionally look to create more issues, as they certainly don’t resolve them. Sadly due to this you are unable to believe or trust what you’re told.

GoogleAwful, would not provide form for the cladding on our flat causing our sale to fall through. This form is required for any mortgage. The buyer tired many providers and was told they all needed the form.NegativeValue
We have looked in to this for you Richard and can confirm that we forwarded some guidance form RICS to your conveyancing solicitor on the matter. This new guidance from RICS (which some mortgage companies may not have implemented just yet) states no EWS1 form is required for your particular building. We are sorry to hear that the mortgage company in question is not up to date with the new recommendations from RICS. If there is anything further we can do to help please contact us.

Yet another fraudulent invoice received from this company for the last period claiming late fees, despite this being settled on time !!! No employee will help you over phone and countless emails go unanswered. I will now be reporting to the local housing service ombudsman.

Appalling company. The Managers couldn’t care less, the property managers are so over worked they literally can’t perform the service they should. Lies upon lies are regularly told by Directors, Accounts department and everyone in between. Note the owner used to work for webuyanycar.com. Says it all really. Steer clear.
