HORRENDOUS. They attempted to squeeze as much money as they could from a relative who had a flat in one of their managed blocks of flats. It appears that if you ask any of the tenants of the building they manage, it is the same story. They are very keen to demand money, but not to provide a service. Its incredible that companies still get away with this in 2020.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the other authors they are quick to threaten legal action and in my opinion do not adhere to the guidelines laid down by ARMA and have infact removed references to them from there current contracts stating they will only adhere to guidelines of Organizations they are affiliated with my advice get any contracts looked over by an independent solicitor before signing

GoogleAbsolute cowboys. Don't go near them with even a barge pole. Completely useless and ineffective service for years, despite constant chasing and requests. We went back to our previous management, Sanctuary. Sanctuary are frankly not much good, but Blocsphere make them look like angels.
