TrustpilotHelp with cladding and general lease questions
I contacted Blocsphere to find out about a property in one of their developments which was being sold. The estate agent dealing with this property was either unable or too lazy to answer any of my questions. As a result, I contacted Blocsphere and was directed to Bella Scott who was brilliant. She came straight back to me with very comprehensive answers which really helped. In addition to her excellent customer service, she was friendly and professional. Based on the experience of dealing with Bella, I would definitely recommend this company.

FacebookChristmas runied!!! Blocsphere has left the end of our 2022 and now start of 2023 an absolute misery! We are residents in Galleria Court and we have been left now for over a week and a half with leak from a communal downpipe above our flat that is continually flooding us! Mould on the walls which we're cleaning daily, soaking wet carpet in our bedroom, our bedroom furniture ruined, our hallway floor floating on bed of water when we walk on it! We are living our of our living room. We have to empty a full bucket every 4 hours (even during the night) and that is only for one part of the leak to be captured, the rest we cant get to and it just pouring on to our floor. Using any old towels and sheets to soak up water to try and protect our belongings! We call you twice or three times daily asking for help. Apricate it has been the Christmas period but how can you just leave us like this? We are still left in this nightmare of a situation over a week and a half later! You have not even offered to provide equipment to help limit the damage.. just empty promises of 'someone SHOULD come over today' and the worst one was 'oh we're just waiting for a quote'!! Then no one arrives... We feel helpless and ignored! Please take us seriously and do something!!!

They don't deserve a star. They don't pay the bills, don't give any evidence of paying them, then you exit the contract and folk come after you for the £ despite Blocksphere having charged you for it.

I wouldn’t give this company any stars! They are crooks. Charges increased without notice, site visits don’t happen. We must have had 6 managers in 2 years. Now they want to charge for terminating despite giving required notice. Beware! Avoid! Avoid!

I have contacted this company maybe ten times now, been chasing them since February 2022 by phoning and emailing them and been ignored since then. Still got 5 tiles in my roof missing after the big winds and they don't seem to care. This company even charge more annually than the previous one, I am very disappointed on how employees of Blocsphere handled my requests and complaints, zero action plus you pay them huge amount of money. Great :)

GoogleTERRIBLE company to deal with. They took over my uncles block of flats, massively increased the service charges and couldn’t justify their increase in fees. They wouldn’t answer any of our questions and continued to send threatening letters to vulnerable residents. Appalling conduct and profiteering, whilst not providing the service they promised. They charge a lot of money for literally NO service. I can't think that any of the positve reviews are real at all!NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

They do not do anything. And are a risk to life.We were without a fire/smoke alarm for over a year. We have a leak in the kitchen ceiling, where water comes in whenever it rains - and no backgate since it fell off long ago, so bikes stolen. Endless requests to fix property have fallen of deaf ears.
We have reported this review to Trustpilot to be removed, as we have checked with our Property Managers and this review is not from a leaseholder or client of Blocsphere.

GoogleAvoid this company, no communication, huge bills, lies. Incompetence costing us large amounts of money, no recent accounts, hopefully the Property Ombudsman will assist in recovery of our costs. Their actions ruining our grade ll listed building

Reading the other reviews makes me sick to my stomach. All of them (bar one, which was written in the early days of their contract) report the same issues: overcharging, charging for services not delivered, shambolic accounting, basically treating their clients with contempt. Avoid like the plague!

My advice would be - do not purchase a flat if Blocsphere is managing the block. My experience with them has been the worst I have ever encountered, for the same reasons as stated by all the other reviewers on Trustpilot.

GoogleI've had no issues with my dealings with Blocsphere. The issues I have had, I normally email them and they have responded quickly. I have phoned up once or twice but the guy I spoke to was helpful, not sure who it was though as this was about a year and a half ago.

GoogleI would like to understand the following reasons for your 'extortionate" annual maintenance charges (below) for managing Apartment Phoenix House East Grinstead : A 1 bedroom flat in the south east of England within a small block, with no gym, concierge, gardens or secured covered garages included is charging an annual £3300.00 service charge. When the national average for this region is £1500.00 per annum with most of the above amenities included and London being an average of £1900 -2000.00 with amenities included in the charge. Taking "all" of the above factors and national averages into account vs your own charges that lack most of the normal inclusions charged for, please reply with a "clear and transparent" answer?

Free from the clutches of Blocsphere Property Management. This is a short follow-up review for interested parties. Two elderly and dear friends of mine found themselves under the yoke of these jokers. As neither is computer literate I'm posting this on their behalf. It was a horrible and intimidating experience spread out over 2 years. It included no stop letters and legal threats to a retired couple in their 70's. Shocking I know, but that did not stop Blocsphere Property Management from barraging them with endless threats and legalese B.S. The irony here is while money is obviously foremost on their minds; little or no work was undertaken on the property in question. A rather odd business model - no? The joyful news is - the couple in question as well as the whole block of residents decided to take on the beast, eventually bringing them down with a terrific crash. So in summary: small, quiet block of peaceable residents (1) - Blocsphere Property Management (Nil). For those out there, having to deal with their ‘services’, challenge ‘and thou will be rewarded’ (and vindicated). By the way, you’ll notice reviews of Blocsphere Property Management are highly polarised, that in itself is telling! When no middle ground is seen, you need to decide which of the two parties are more likely to be telling the truth, those giving or those receiving. I leave it to readers to decide.

GoogleAbsolutely appalling. No financials for 2 years. Maintenance left unattended. Ashley Davis simply ignores correspondence. My advice would be, don’t purchase a leasehold managed by them you don’t know what you’re getting.

Were fine at start of tenancy but blamed us for problems caused by no building maintence and the landlord not following building regs. At the end of tenancy we found out that they hadn't put our deposit in a deposit scheme. Avoid at all costs.
