GoogleOne of the worst experiences I have had. Incompetence doesn’t cover it. As someone who demands reliability and integrity I would not use this company. They are poor at communicating and when direct emails are sent they are ignored. If you are a seller I would choose another company as they will more than likely lose you clients. As a buyer I would go direct to the owner of the property and make an off the cards offer and cut them out.

GooglePaula visits regularly as part of the Brockenhurst inspection/review of rented property. She gave me a months notice of the visit, called to confirm the day beforehand and arrived on time to the minute. Paula was very professional, friendly and polite. The inspection progressed without any problems, Paula taking photos where necessary. Paula acknowledged the visit in writing later that day.

GoogleI bought a house through this company 3 months ago. If I didn't follow them every day, they wouldn't do anything. Communication is a huge problem. It is completely disrespectful that I did not receive an answer to the question I asked for a long time. Employees speak disrespectfully as if they are fed up. Also, after I bought the house, I noticed that there was no key to the door of the shed in my garden and I asked them to ask the old house owner. They never responded to me. because they were done with me. but they lost a potential customer like me. However, I bought that house and renovated it and now I am looking for a tenant. Unfortunately I will never work with them again. My only advice to people doing business with them is to think again.

GoogleAvoid this estate agent at all costs. This has been one of the worst experiences we have ever had with any supposed “professional” company. The lack of integrity and transparency from the agents is truly unbelievable. We asked to end the contract based on a catalogue of errors and failures by Brockenhurst, they said that they would only release us from the contract if we dropped our formal complaint and sent to them in writing that we would not leave any negative reviews. Both of which are fully within our rights to do, but shows they only care about their own image and not the impact and poor service they have on their customers.

GoogleI am new to the rental market. I needed to find a place really fast. Initially, they were fast and responsive. It was a bit frustrating that the process of renting wasn't fully explained to me and I found out by trial and error that added some stress to an already very stressful situation. Overall I'm satisfied with the service I received. Despite some overlooked requests to the team, long turnaround to urgent queries, some confusion when I went to collect they keys and unclear messaging - they got the job done.
