GoogleHi , I’ve been dealing with the Brokenhurst ludgershall office for a couple of years now and have found them to be very efficient and courteous. Doesn’t matter who you get through to whether it’s Tianna , Lou or Rosie they are friendly and deal with problems promptly . I’d happily recommend them.

GoogleTENANTS BEWARE!!!! If i could give this less then 1 star i would. As a tenant, we have been ignored, shunned and even i would say bullied from the manner and tone they email us with. We are just an issue to them! We moved in to a property they said has gas heating , but it didnt!!! But gas still runs to property to we still pay a service charge of £10 a month but estate agent and landlord will not respond!! Either landlord is away and they cant talk to them, or now a staff member is on annual leave abd so cant discuss!! This has gone on since august and instead of resolving they evicted and are selling house. Still will not give us any answers to the hundreds of £££££ it has cost us for gas we dont have !!!! I have attached emails from them for you to read the tone. They are rude and do not care about their tenant!

GoogleBrockenhurst helped us with the sale of our property and so happened to be the agent for the one we were buying. Every aspect was explained well and it didn’t just stop at the offer acceptance. All the way through to completion they were on our side keeping us informed and working tirelessly to get the completion through even with our unfortunately poor conveyancers. GoogleSelling our home with Brockenhurst was the quickest and easiest experience. James came to our house for a valuation and within 4 hours , he had sold our home that evening to a lovely couple! The team then worked hard to help us find our dream home. Throughout the process they were good with communication, keeping us up to date regularly with developments in our chain. We cannot thank them enough.

GoogleThe pre sales team were exemplary, kept me up to date & it sold very quickly. Once it sold is when the wheels fell off, they missed a pre booked in appointment and never told me they weren’t coming. The post sales team didn’t do any work, they were incredibly negative and it felt like they were putting up barriers and putting pressure on me. I had to rely on the estate agent we were buying off to keep pushing everyone along for our tight deadline, which against everything that Brockenhurst were saying we met.

GoogleWe struggled throughout the process of buying our house with these estate agents. Communication was particularly poor and we spent most of our time chasing them for answers. Most of the time there was never anybody to answer the phones. The estate agents lacked knowledge about the houses we were interested in or failed to bring keys to show us the entirety of the properties. We are still waiting for a response to an email we sent 4 weeks ago and they have ignored our requests to have the for sale sign removed from outside our property. Thankfully, the house we bought sold itself.

GoogleI am so relieved I switched to Brockenhurst from my previous agents. I don’t know where to start with these lovely humans. Every interaction I have had with the whole team has been so kind and professional, from valuation through to completion the staff at Brockenhurst have gone above and beyond. Viewings, while naturally stressful, were arranged with excellent communication throughout. Anji really kept me together in the final weeks of the sale bringing everything together and events were able to exchange contracts. I honestly feel they are a really genuine team of people who are passionate about what they do and would recommend them in a heartbeat If you want an estate agent without the stereotypical “estate agent” feel, this is the company for you. When I move next I will be on the phone to Brockenhurst immediately!

GoogleBrokenhurst handled a probate sale for me on a large house. After providing a realistic and achievable valuation based on the local comps and market activity in real time, a winning offer was on the table within hours of agreeing to work together! It is also worth noting that the team at Brokenhurst successfully navigated an unusual chain, yet not once did I lose confidence in them getting it over the line despite the complexities faced. They are great.

GoogleI've had an extremely disappointing experience with Brokenhurst estate agents.They recently demanded payment for a service, yet at no point did they issue an invoice, contract, or any clear breakdown of charges beforehand. Despite repeated requests for clarification and formal documentation, none was provided. This approach is completely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about transparency and proper business practices. No one should be expected to hand over money without clear, documented communication about what is being charged and why. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this agency. Always insist on everything in writing and don’t assume that just because they’re in a position of authority, their processes are sound. My trust in this company has been completely eroded.
