Have had dealings with Minors Brady previously on a couple of occasions and not been impressed, but today’s experience with the Dereham office has left us shocked and astounded. We have put up with previous conversations with which we’ve been addressed as “mate” and “get back to you on the dog and bone” (whoever says that anymore???); but the sales staff continue to talk in a very unprofessional manner right up to today. Last month we put an offer in on a property and the response was “I’m an excellent negotiator but not a miracle worker”, and today an opening offer was put forward on an £800k property, of under 10% less than the asking price which received a comment “that’s just insulting”! I do not believe that it’s up to any individual at Minors Brady to make that call on behalf of the Seller - in fact, I think it is their duty to put forward ANY offer given by a potential Buyer. We have bought properties through offers on many occasions over the years, and to be told under 10% off “is insulting” is both unprofessional and not within their remit as a property Agent. I would not recommend selling a property with Minors Brady, and hope that current vendors of properties listed with Minors Brady, who are seeing no movement on their houses, see this review and rethink their selling agent, because if our recent experiences are anything to go by, they are not hearing about genuine offers from potential Buyers.

Claire who is part of the after sales team has been excellent. Our buying and selling process has been quite stressful as we have a new baby , and things haven’t always gone to plan.Claire responded to my emails straight away , was always very easy to get hold of. I feel she went above and beyond in the last two weeks , pushing my solicitors and keeping everyone updated.I have been very impressed and would use minors and brady again !

Lee was an absolute pleasure to deal with, extremely professional and friendly, making the whole process stress free. The photos taken of my home were great too (thank you Curtis). If you’re thinking about selling, go straight to these guys, they’re certainly a cut above the rest!

We moved to Minors and Brady Dereham from another agency and i'm so glad we did. Everyone has been so great to deal with, super friendly, thorough and professional. We exchanged today and i can't recommend M&B highly enough. Claire Wilson in the aftersales team has been a dream, i've never felt like i've had to chase for any info or update, which is something i've experienced in the past with other agencies. The whole process has felt really smooth and as stress free as it can be. Would highly recommend!

We bought a house through Minor and Brady Caister this year.The branch manager was very helpful in getting things sorted. They helped us negotiate a good price.We had some delays that were not their fault but Cass at after sales chased it up for us daily. She always replied to my many calls and was patient with my frustrations! We are very happy and settled in our new home. Just bare in mind if moving to the area, Norfolk time is slower than the rest of the country. But it's an advantage once you are here to relax

Ange took over the sale of my elderly parents property after they were struggling to sell. Her consideration for their ages and her constant support made the whole experience far less worrying for them. Her communication throughout the whole process was excellent and kept on top of chasing solicitors to push the sale through and get my parents moved as soon as possible. Well what can I say.. these people are absolutely amazing. It’s our first time buying a home, so we didn’t have a clue with what we were doing, what to expect and what’s going happen. They have helped us no end, nothing is too much to ask with them. I want to say a great big Thankyou to Jasmine Fitt. She has been beside us every step of the way. Helping with everything, taking the time to explain the stuff we didn’t understand. Making sure things had been received and been sent. ( we had a few bumps along the way that wasn’t ours nor minors and Brady’s fault ) but she went out of her way to help get them sorted. Making sure we was ok along the way. She’s just been fantastic. Can not praise her enough. Such a lovely lady too.If we were to need to sell and buy again we wouldn’t hestitate to use minor and Brady’s again. We highly recommend them Thankyou x
