TrustpilotProfessional and speedy responses
Was impressed throughout by the team in Dereham and especially Nagilla Santos who, just near the stressful exchange period came up with an excellent suggestion that she put to the buyer. This allowed the deal to proceed. Thanks Nagilla!

FacebookHighly recommend for a professional and brilliant service House valued on the market and STC in less than a week. Special mention to Millie at the Lowestoft branch for her kindness and professionalism during a whole day of viewings at our property. Such a lovely lady with an excellent selling manner couldn’t thank her enough, even staying late to accommodate viewings which led to selling our property.

TrustpilotWhat a great branch so friendly
Just recently sold my father’s old house and I’m looking to buy a new place to call home. I was in Lowestoft, and went to a couple of estate agents. No one had what I wanted. Then I went into minors & Brady. I was greeted with smile and a warm welcome by Connor. I told him what I was looking for he gave me some leaflets. He made some great suggestions. I will definitely take a look, and hopefully come back and see you again. Thanks for taking the time Connor, pity the others estate agents didn’t follow suit

Nothing was too much trouble and always on the other side of the phone to answer all questions, and believe me we had a lot as a first time buyers :) Jack is definitely a good asset to your company!!
