Every time we have rang in, everyone has been so friendly and helpful whatever the question/query. Joe and Lee were our ‘go to guys’. Joe was amazing the whole time and I felt that I could really trust him to help us sell our property and buy our next home, he was reachable no matter what time of day it was and really went the extra mile. FacebookWe sold via Minors & Brady and were highly Impressed with the care we received. From the sale of our house Lee was very helpful and gave me his personal WhatsApp number and told me to send any questions to him as and when I feel he answered every single one, even out of office hours and weekends. Lee advised on the sale and managed to squeeze a little extra from our deal. Emma took over from here and was most probably sick of our emails and calls, but not once did she seem unhappy to take our calls. Emma was very patient and professional. She kept on top of any developments and would happily reply to messages out of normal office hours. Emma was exceptional in keeping in contact with us and helped with all queries we had. Overall, we were impressed with the team and would 100% use Minors & Brady again. Thank you.

FacebookWe’ve just completed on our sale and purchase today and have to say that without Adam at the Wroxham office I’m not sure if we’d have got to this point any time soon! He’s been absolutely brilliant at keeping us informed regularly with updates/progress and extremely helpful in the whole process. Adam has been very efficient and liaised brilliantly between those in the chain and he’s been great at chasing up our solicitors too and definitely got things moving for us. He’s certainly made the process of buying and selling much better for us! FacebookAlex Brady has assisted us before in a house move and wanted to use an agent that knew our area. Out house sold for very close to our asking price within 2 weeks of going on the market. Once sold Emma was amazing putting up with me when I was getting frustrated not with them. Our solicitor was ok recommended by Minors and Brady our buyers solicitor extremely slow. However Emma for me is the 🌟 who shine brightly nothing was too much and I know she contacted me after hours because was getting distressed with the delay. That's going above and beyond.

FacebookGreat service from M&B. Unfortunately we have not been able to go ahead with our house purchase due to circumstances beyond any of our control however we cannot fault the service from Joe. From our first viewing he was nothing but helpful and informative. He went out of his way to ensure we could get another viewing the next morning which lead to us making an offer. Even after the offer being accepted Joe was happy to meet us at the property to take measurements. Overall he was friendly, professional and always happy to help. We had a positive experience with everyone at Minors and brady but feel that Joe, Emma and Emily all provided us with exceptional service.
